Ha ha ha! Of course he would go on a date and run into Kagome. In her enviroment, no less. And let the sparks fly, I say! lol! Oh! And the whole fanfiction explanation was the funnest thing ever. I don't guess people who don't really know about this world wouldn't understand all the terms. Menstrual blood! Ha! lol.

Ah, this was nicely informative. We finally learn the story behind all the turmoil in the family. It's sad that the children have to suffer, but depression does interfere with a person's ability to cope and affects the family. I don't blame Mrs. Taisho. Improperly treated seizures caused major depression with me, so, I know where she's coming from. Mr. Taisho made severe errors. That's what caused the majority of the problems with the sons. He was very ignorant. I use that in the strict definition of the word. This whole thing makes me wish that Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru had had a better life. I don't know that helping to raise Rin will assuage any of the Taisho's guilt, unless Rin lightens up Sesshoumaru's life. I can see where that would help her. I usually wouldn't read a fic where a main character dies like that. It just goes to show how well you've written this. ^_^ Oh, oh! Sesshoumaru and Kagome at the club? Holy shit! I can't believe he went out with Kagura! This could turn out really bad, especially if Kagura is the vindictive type and accuses Kagome of being Sesshoumaru's mistress. I wouldn't put it past the bitch. It'll be interesting to find out what happens. I'm eagerly waiting for the next chapter! ^_^ Snow

Man, she talks a lot. Interesting stories though. Every time she talks about Kikyou or Inuyasha, I get sad. Interesting childhood stories. I don't know if I mentioned it or not, but giving Inuyasha dyslexia was a nifty idea. Ah, so Kagome's article writing is a secret. I wonder what dear old grand pappy would do if he found out. She has to be careful with her behavior or he might try to use it to say that she's a bad caretaker and try to take Rin. Oooh. I don't know much about wine and high class foods, but the dinner spices sounded yummy. Did you know that our sense of smell triggers memory more so than anything else? Yup. They go hand in hand. You probably already knew that though. ^_^ Hm, I bet she freaks out the next day when she remembers feeling warm and fuzzy at Sesshoumaru's touch. A relationship with him could definitely put a damper on dear old dad's temper. The family's behavior makes me wonder why it is that they are so distant from Inuyasha. Except for dad, they seem nice enough. I am worried that Kagome is setting herself up. If they end up taking care of Rin for a substantial amount of time, dad could make a serious bid for Rin. Nightmares. Miroku's cases were really funny. Uh oh. So Scarlet might end up getting lynched for her response to an article. At least they don't know who she is...yet. It'll be interesting to see how you handle that one. Nice chapter. ^_^ Snow

You've finally updated, and thank you. All good stories take a while to write, and this chapter was as amazing as any other. The descriptions of food really got me going, and overall, the chapter had a warm fuzzy feeling to it. I can't wait to see the next chapter! It's been a while since I've stumbled upon a great story and a great author.

Another great chapter. does the food give an insight to the foods you like? does only Sango know about Kagome's writing job? What were the death threats about? (If there have been any before?)

Very cool, exactly what I expected. I sad I didn't get my dose of 'Scarlett Letter'd', but we did get a good glimsp into Kagome's past. Sesshoumaru seemed like he was a little less uptight around her, too. That's a good development. I can't wait for the next one. Thanks!

I love this fanfic!! Been away from my computer for 4 whole days and when I checked my emails and found that you had updated, it was the first fic I started reading!!!! Very cool, and well worth the wait. I love the Scarlet Letter'd so much. I hope you continue to do more, one for each chapter. Have you ever considered doing an advice column? You would be very good at it. I know I would read it. Well, I can't wait for the next chapter. What I would really love, is for Sesshoumaru to figure out how writes the column he loves so much.
