ahhh...it has been a while. i reread The lucky Ones for the third time and I never get bored..not that i am caught up in the sequel i cant wait for more update. It was so intense and i am rooting for Yukio...XD...update soon if you can...its so good

Very realistic where the parents, wanting the best for their kids, meddle like crazy and the kids, being adults with their own lives, disliking the meddling in their lives no matter the reason. I also like how the parents accuse and criticize the other for meddling when they're both guilty. Great chapter!

Even while reprimanding each other for interfering in Yukio's love life, they still take it upon themselves to give tips to move the blooming relationship along. The Heart of a Fox: (sorry for reviewing here) I bought your book the other day and I completed it in about two days (staying up until 4 in the morning unknowingly to finish the last 100 pages or so). I thought that it was wonderfully well-written, if a little reminiscent of a more grown-up Shippou on Aki's part. I'm just wondering what your next installment will be like as Joanna finds out more about the world that she has been thrown into unknowingly. Aki, knowing what would happen, tried to prepare Joanna as much as he could, yet there were still some things that he couldn't prevent, like the spider attack. At least she understands his wrath toward the things now! During Aki's story at the end, he explained what happened to both shirts, but what happened to the blanket/shawl that he got to keep? And his second tail, he got that during his hibernation, correct? I suspect that the artist that made Iris really got his full asking price when it was bought, didn't he? Aki just let Joanna believe that it was far discounted for her sake. Lastly, at least when they want a semi-private conversation, they can speak Japanese to each other! When Joanna figures out that one, I would suspect that she would get a little peeved that 'Michael' didn't help her when she was studying the language in the first place. I love the conversations between Kagome and Inuyasha in this fic. I mean you can tell that they have matured but are still have that playfullness. I think you have done a wonderful job with all of the characters and how they change slowly like your right there with them learning all about them and watching them grow. Kagura is a great character to have kept to. really, her attitude keeps the spirit of the series quite well for one of the 'outter' characters. Can't wait for the next update on this story. Great work. ^_^

Chapter 12 was great, as always! It's amazing how you have all these different sub-plots amidst the major plot...okay...that really didn't make a whole lot of sense. Anyways, I'm very curious to find out more about this Uranium deal and of course what will happen between Yukio and Emma...I eagerly await you next update! Keep up the amazing work!! ~VelvetNight

I can't tell you how much I love this fanfic. I absolutely loved The Lucky Ones and I'm so glad you're continuing with the story line and, hopefully, giving Yukio someone to love. I just wanted to say thank you. ^.^

I think your enjoying teasing us with hints of the possible and probable relationship between Yukio and Emma. This one was a bit more interesting I think as far as the development of said relationship. You can tell that Yukio wants to be with someone again, but you can also understand why he wants to protect himself. It's rather sad really since if he trusted himself this time he would get something he needs. The one and only strangeness, Emily.

i find it strange that these past few updates have always come right after i have finished re-reading The Lucky Ones and The Coyote Child. I contently re-enjoy reading these fics and can not wait for this one to be done so i can re-read it completely

Great installment. I like the relationship developing between Yukio and Emma, and his conflicting feelings about it. It was nice to have a long interlude with Kagome and Inuyasha. And I'm looking forward to seeing if the baby is actually a sign of Coyote's commitment to the Navajo, and how that plays out. Keep up the good work!

I hope I've said it before, but I love your story. I love your characters. I very much enjoy Yukio he is awesome. Well if he doesn't get the girl I volunteer. I always love getting the updates. They always make me smile. Thank you for sharing.

I think the conversations Inuyasha and Kagome have are very well written. I feel like they've been together for centuries when they talk like that. And I want Yukio to be happy too! I can't wait to see him acknowledge his feelings for Emma.

The imagery at the end of the story was very well written. Kagome leading Inuyasha out of the darkness has so many meaning, in this story arch as well as what is currently going on in the manga series. Again, very well done.

Great chapter! The story is really starting to pick up and I can't wait to see where it's headed. Oh and Yukio and Emma are so cute together.. if they'd just get..together ^^;; Oh well, I'm sure Yukio' girlie time is coming! Great story! Looking forward to the next chapter with great anticipation!
