Yup...decoy! But, O Mistress of Originality, I did not expect Hisadaicho to use Kouga. Since he broke her toxin, I'm wondering if thier 'mating bond' is the lever she used this time to control Wolfy-boy. He's going to hate himself when he realizes that HE was the one who brought Kagome into danger. I'm also thinking that Hisa was expecting the "tainted" hanyou to taint Kagome's power somehow upon attaining *cough* her full potential. Hisa wouldn't understand that, just because InuYasha is part youkai, it doesn't mean that he can't be pure at heart...or in spirit. I have a strong feeling that Madame Butterfly has bitten off more than she can chew. (I hope! LOL) We will see. --- Great Chapter and, as you know already, evil cliffhanger!

Wow...aso many thoughts come to mind. Like, will Kagome get attacked while the others are away? Hisadaicho...that's a confusing character. I can somewhat see her means...but not the reason behind quite what she wants. I know it's for her darling...but I wonder...is there something more she's after? I think I'vve been reading to many Mangas...heh, it's me whos talking, after all.

Aww, poor Sesshoumaru. For awhile there I forgot that Kaugra was still alive in the future-- so I'm all ready singing "Nobody knows the troubles I've seen," and other sad songs of that nature, for the poor guy--feeling really bad and sorry for him. Then I'm like "Oh. yea... the future.. alive = not dead again at some point in the past" hehehe And oh that tactfullness of Inuyasha. Did he go to a special school to learn that? Asking someone why they are not dead-- that cracked me up, seriously. Loved it. Can't wait for answers to the questions! hehe. Fabulous work! Oh, and you're fabulous too!! --Aitu

You say someone guessed who Koishii was and someone else had alluded to him.... I can't think anymore! It hurts too much. LOL Well now wait...is Koishii known as an enemy or an ally in the anime/manga? That would probably help. Or maybe it'll help too much and give away who it is. LOL But InuYasha leaving Kagome by herself to watch Marisaiko while Hisadaicho is looking for her is a very bad idea. And I just had a premonition...Marisaiko will save the day. LOL Well, she is related to Kagome and Kagome has miko powers! Duh! LOL

Whoa, now this is getting more and more exciting! I have a feeling leaving Kagome alone was a mistake... it's not sitting well for some reason… it might be due to the fact that Inuyasha-tachi have like momentarily forgot Kagome is a prime target... lol, I can't wait for next chapter!

I watched the complete anime but am only now collecting the manga...and it's only up to volume 19 here in the states so far...and, because of the money crunch, I have less than half of those (with holes; doesn't help when the next in line isn't on the shelf, so you grab the one that is there, grrr...) So my info on 'canon manga' is extremely limited. Even ear-tweak only has the earlier chapters in script form (not that I blame her; licence and copyrights must be observed!) The only chapter I've read that way was the 'Parasitic Pupa Shippo' one. (hilarious no matter how you get it!) I'm so frustrated! --- Anyway --- Great chapter! I loved Sess' responce to my question yesterday, LMAO (he sure has a HIGH opinion of you, don't he?) --- Uh oh, Kagome is left holding the baby while the others go take care of the youkai uprising. HELLOOO!! *smacks forehead* Can we say "decoy"? - Kikyou told InuYasha that Hisa wanted Kagome...and now they leave her at Kaede's village with almost no protection...SHEESH!! *pulling at hair* The Inu-tachi has done some pretty naive stuff before, but this... (I'm siding with Sess...you are evil!) LOL -- I will try to wait patiently for the next chapter...*sigh*
