Oh Sue, I'm so sorry to hear about your family's loss. If there's anything I can do to help, please let me know. I send lots of virtual hugs to you, although I know they don't help a whole lot. You and your family are definitely in my thoughts and prayers ::hugs:: Sorry I haven't reviewed in the last few weeks, I kinda fell behind. But these last few chapters were awesome! ::blushes:: chapter 32 was so funny! Yeah and I'm a dork, I was blushing through the whole thing :p I just love Gin and the whole 'it'd be like sucking my thumb' thing, that was brilliant! I think it's so cute that Cain was Gin's first kiss too! I love the interaction with Kich and Belle in the last chapters too...they are always so entertaining! Between the nail polish, kool aid, and the truths and dares, there were definitely some great moments! Anyway, take all the time you need Sue, family is so much more important. Take care! ::hugs::

BRILLIANT!!! Gin asking Cain about oral sex! HAHAHAHAHA!! I lauged so hard I almost cried. Those chapters were so hilious. I am a little surprised though that Cain wasn't a tad bit more flusterd at Gin's interrigation. Well I am excitedly awaiting your next update. ~Darksquire

I almost peed myself laughing! The whole movie conversation was almost too much! Cain being unable to resist asking what she wanted to know! Thumb sucking - rotflol!!! But seriously - I think it's beautiful the way you have Inuyasha/Kagome and family protecting and sheltering Gin while still allowing her to grow strong of mind, body and character. She may be a little naive but that makes her more lovable since she tries to see the good in others. Other than your Inuyasha and Kagome stories, I think I like Cain and Gin the best of all the couples you've made. Probably cuz Cain reminds me of Inuyasha and Gin reminds me of Kagome. I'll sound dumb if I try to explain and it's probably my imagination anyway! Anywhoo, lovin the story, can't wait to read more. Thanks for all your hard work and it's much appreciated!

Oh God. I should realy start reading the chapters including the bottom parts before I review. Danm that realy sucks. So many people have been lost these past few months some taht I know personaly. So many people so many near misses. If its alright may I ask how he died. Was it a drunk driver? Or just an accident? I hope your sister pulls though the ordeal alright. Dont you wish that people could live out ther're lives without incednet of deat. But that is impossible. So has fate decided. I and probaly others will understand why you may not be able to update this week or next week or however long it takes. Family crises's and or acedents realy suck. I know that from experience. I hope wverything goes along okay. I feel sorry about the accident. Goodbye and take Care

my prayers go out to your family and sister in law. not an easy time. the story is going along great, as always. i was shocked, to say the least, when i saw this second chapter for today. man...what an awkward situation for cain...informative...but awkward. LOL. great use of 'those' types of movies. hehe. keep up the great work!

I'm sorry to hear about your sister-in-law's boyfriend. I'll admit that your updates are usually the highlight of my working day, so I'll miss them this week, but you should take all the time for your family that you can. I look forward to when you'll update again, as I always enjoy your work. Know that your writing brightens at least one person's day, even if it was bittersweet today.

Ah, Sue, I grieve with thee, it's my personal belief that death is just a door we step through when we move to the next level, but that doesn't help the ones we leave behind. I also believe that part of them stays behind in the memories we have. These help us to heal, and remember the good times that we had together. Hug your sister-in-law when she's ready for it, and allow a little of it to be from me. I've felt her pain. It does get better, it just takes awhile. These were two wonderful chapters. Full of tentative overatures, hesitation, regrets, hope, and conversation that ran deeper than expected. Just wonderful. I'll still be here ready to read and review when you feel like coming back, I promise. Take your own time.

Please accept my sympathies. Life just loves to throw those tricky curve-balls at you, whether your ready or not. *big hugs* -- I almost feel guilty for enjoying this chapter so much. Beeing trapped into watching a questionable movie with a curious Gin must be like some kind of torture for Cain. I think he handled her questions rather well, but having all those thoughts racing around his head with her snuggled up close has gotta be hell on his control. I had to giggle, (ick, tongue??) and I remember wondering about those things myself. Poor overly-sheltered young hanyou. I'm surprised, with as adorable as Gin is, that she didn't have at least a few more-determined suitors. Even other youkai that were driven to have some kind of connection to the Inu no Taisho. Sure, InuYasha and the boys would be just as quick to hand them their walking papers, but I would have guessed that there had been at least one that wouldn't take no for an answer...for a while. Oh, well...if there was, Gin obviously never knew about one. Yet more proof of how sheltered she is. (I think I'm rambling...) Great chapter and Take Care!
