This story is absolutely addictive and gripping, i've been hooked from beginning to end, I really couldn't tear my eyes away from the page, I just kept saying one more chapter, and then I would click to the next one. Your characterisations are so accurate and engaging, I really feel drawn into their story, I love, love, love your inuyasha, the way you show the growth and development of their relationship, spanning over four years, I really felt I could see the transitions, and share in their adventures together, I was dredding the last chapter, because I didn't want this to end, such a beautifully, romantic tale, with the right mix, of humour, angst and drama. Inuyasha's sweet protectiveness, the way he shows kagome that he cares in so many ways, the depth of their love. OMG!OMG!OMG! My girl!!! Sistah! You rocked this update! It is so good, you can almost bite into it! I'm sorry I missed you last update! I never got notification of it! But here I am again to sing your praises and welcome you back with open arms! As you said before, we sisters of the moon must love & support each other so that we can shine even at dark! I can't tell you how psyched I was to read the update (well actually it was the previous update PLUS this new chapter!) everything was just ubber amazing! You kept the action moving at a fast pace which in turn kept my adrenalin right on along the action! I tell you, this was an amazing update, and now I'm just dying to find out what happens next! Oh wow, crazy good chapter! Damn it Kagome! You should have stayed hidden! I love that you had Kirara show her true colors, though now she has a sutra on her, damn it! And shit, I hope Inuyasha managed to wash off/out all of that poisonous poison (snicker) before having to run after Kagome. I would hate for him to get sicker and sicker and be slowly disolved from the inside out while all this other crap is going on. What is going on, anyway? One would think they would want to just kill them and be done with it, although Kaede's reasoning for them not killing Kagome was wise, since Inuyasha would have immediately slaughtered them all, but now that she has them hostage...now what? What should they care that they killed the youkai? I agree with Kagome, the only evil I see are those villagers, but since they feel the same way about all youkai I can't possibly see how they'd want to spare Kagome and Inuyasha just because they killed the scorpion. I have enjoyed this story, it has elements that I wish the anime had (Inuyasha loving and valuing Kagome instead of mooning over his ex who couldn't accept him for what he was) but really, that village... first Inuyasha is spurned by Kikyou for being a hanyou, he happens back 50 years later and they torture him and leave him to die, they kill Kagome for helping him... I vote they point some human tijiya at that village and go back to the den. If Kagome cares about Inuyasha, I would think she wouldn't let him go near that place. And they stabbed their future miko, let them stew in their own juices. Ha! I am so not generous and forgiving... I just found this story and I love it. I love how original it is and how you have Inuyasha and Kagome developing their relationship. I'm so glad that she didn't lose the baby. But I can't help but wonder what will happen next now that they have returned to Kagome's old village. Will the villagers accept their help or will they try to kill them again? I don't think that Inuyasha is going to want to help them and Kagome will probably have doubts but will still want to help them. I only hope that Inuyasha's bad feeling isn't going to turn into something serious.
