Wow, this story is beautifully written, good job :) But might I suggest adding Rouyokan(sp?) to the story? Both the anime and manga suggest that he fought many battles alongside InuYasha's father and given his spirited nature he might be a fun addition, for some light comedy you know. As far as I know your description on Toga's death was on point for the movie but none of the InuYasha movie's are canon. Still, it's acceptable because I don't know of the manga or anime going into detail about his death...I'm looking forward to you next update...and happy holidays! -Amber

I have the 3rd movie, and what you have written is correct. After the fight with Ryokotsu (my spelling stinks), InuYasha rushed to the castle to revive InuYasha's mom, name InuYasha, give his mom the fire rat robe, and fight that Takazuma character (again with the spelling) until he died as the castle burned to the ground around them. I have not read anything different than what you have written. This is one of those stories that is as soon as its posted, I read it. I'm so intrigued by this and all of your stories. You have a wonderful talent and I enjoy all of your stories. Post soon and Happpy Holidays.

Good chapter. And, no, you didn't get the facts of Inuyasha's father's death wrong. That is exactly what happened in the third film. I don't know about the manga, though. As for the chapter, I'm glad that Toga seems to have finally figured things out. It was only a matter of time, though, especially considering the explanation Inuyasha gave. Toga is not a fool, as he said. I just can't wait to see when (or IF) Toga is going to confront Inuyasha about it. Inuyasha is a poor liar, so if his father confronts him directly, there is a good chance that he will shake something loose. I'll definitely be looking for the update.

ohhhh, i always love good OC's, the neko and the kitsune, those have such promise and i can't wait for more verbal banter between them and Inuyasha, heheheh. It also seems like things are beginning to get more intense, plot and mood wise, goody... i can't wait for more, everytime i see an update notice in my Email that you've updated this or others of your inuyasha fics, i always go 'Oh fucking deadly! yes!!' so, see ya next time, my favourite author!

yea im doing the same... downloading the manga XD but im sooooo HAPPY you updated!!! i wonder if Inuyasha and all that will get to Kagome?? hmmm .... anyways start running Kagome!! XD and why cant i learn this in history... and not Hilter -_- P.S. this has to be 1 of my fav stories!!

Oh fucking yes! I've been waiting for this! Damn, this is sooo goood! I have not read up the manga, i found a torrent that allowed me to download up to volume 45 or so, i haven't read it yet though. Anyways, thanks for the update, this is just sooo gooood! I hope you update again soon, because i am so looking forward to more, both the enjoyment of the fic and how you mingle history with it... i just love it, plain and simple.

Good chapter. I'm glad that Inuyasha is getting the chance to get to know his father. And it seems that he was always a fair man, even before he met and mated Izayoi. So, no matter what happens with all of this, Inuyasha will at least have gotten a good idea of who his father was. I hope to read more soon.

SHIT i think im couple behind the Shishinki arc T-T anyways i love it! and i mean really love it! im actually learning history here ^^ i say this story is really worth waiting for the next chapter everytime!

Shishinki arc? hmmm, haven't read the manga, but after seeing this, i really should start and soon since anime so far shows no signs of continuing. Anyways, this chapter was good, sure, not as intense as the previous chapters, but it was a good change of pace. Answers, explanations and events are ligning up nicely, can't wait to see how this progresses. I'm especially interested on how the relation between Inuyasha and Toga goes, that part has completely caught my interest with an iron hook. :) Update again soon, please.

thank you, giving this a time frame indicates that it will have a positive ending for yash and kagome. i have a problem with negative endings and if i know a story will end unhappily i will stop reading. . . i wonder when the old guy will figure out that yash is his son and if they get to kagome before she suffers from the 'fate worse than death'. . . pieces are in place, let the game begin! ~ thank you, ginny

Oh yes... finally, another chapter to a fic i've been dying to read more about. The first encounter between Inuyasha and Toga, god, that was sooo good! Things are moving, and i can't wait to see in what direction. Please, hurry with the next chapter, i'm dying to know what happens now, so badly i can't take it! *squeezes the pillow* awwwww PLEASE dont leave this too long!! i want Kagome to meet Inu no Taishou XD.... and Inuyasha i wonder if he is going to spill the WHOLE truth.... and awww i feel sorry for Inuyasha, seeing his dead father, he must really wanna hold me and tell him everything T-T and Kagome got a trouble.... maybe Inuyasha and Inu no Taishou will beat his ass XD 'Now he knew where Sesshomaru got it…' i cracked up laughing soooo MUCH at that XD!! once again.... PLEASE dont leave it too long!!!!!!
