God, Sue, you write action scenes so amazing. Even though I know they aren't your FAVORITE scenes to work with. =D They're still filled with exactly the right details and just enough conversation! It's so nice to see Inu and Ryo again! I still can't wait for Sydnie to meet the whole family! just not in the middle of a dangerous situation, like last time. I'm curious to see what Gunnar's up to. I keep expecting him to pop up somewhere. Yes, I know, it's not his story, but he was a very good side character. Especially for comedic relief. He allowed us to see another side of Bas. I hope you enjoy your much deserved break! Everyone needs some deep R&R, once in a while. Maybe I'll still see you around the forum sometime, though! Until then: Bye! P.S. Though I'm sure it's not on purpose, I'm so happy you managed to dish out a few last chapters before your break, ON MY BIRTHDAY! It's like an unintended gift! Ah...SMACKDOWN!!!! Action...I love action...did I say I loved action? Hehehe, man, Bas ripped Jeb a new one, I'd say. And haveing his very own dog-eared guardian angels watching over him, was kinda fun. I totally understand InuYasha's frustration at not being able to just jump in. I mean, for his whole life, that's what he did;fought to survive. And to see one of his own in dire-traights but having to hold back unless as a last resort...I think I feel sorry for some of the trees nearby. Poor Bas, when Sydnie dashed out and took the blast. She was only doing what he was doing for her, protecting what's hers. She couldn't just stand by and do nothing. Ah, ain't love grand?

It maye be true, what that other reviewer said. Now, I can't say that you've lost it, but there's a feeling that used to be in your fics that seems nonexistent now. After all those bad reviews, it was just . . . gone. Were they really that bad? Wow. I don't mean this in a sarcastic way, I'm kind of sensitive myself, but I think that there's something missing in the way you write. Perhaps it is just me, the omnipresent being that is xenus, but I still love your stories. If it weren't for you, I would have never started writing fanfiction, though I feel that maybe this world of fiction didn't really need me. If you write for yourself, I'm glad, because that's the only person one should be writing for, no one else. I loved the chapter, and I hope you aren't going to think too much of this review, because I felt like it needed to be written. TY! I just wondered because, to be honest, I've been avoiding starting the Purity series because it seems so long, and some of them seem to not have my favorite miko and hanyou! Awww! Christmas! It's pretty much my favorite time of the year, besides my birthday. What can I say, I am greedy girl! hahaha. I think that we should go back and do Christmas again, and while we're at it, might as re-do New Years as well. Look, it's my new years resolution to sign in more often.
