I love your story so much!!!! It has me so excited I'm havin a heart attack!! And Kurama has four tail through out the YuYu series. And If its goin to be a lil Hiei/Kagome thing goin on will it still be a Kagome/Kurama? Please update soon so we can find out If she killed Hiei or not???!!!!

Just re-read this story -- it's one of the better ones! I'm mostly a Hiei/Kagome fan, but I do enjoy a good Kagome/Kurama tale, and this is it. Of course, it IS a little sad that Youko is getting all the action in the past. Hope you build a little more Inu-jealousy into the plot -- and let Kagome be the one to choose the better man. (Ahem, I mean youkai, of course!) Hope you get a chance to update soon!

omg i love this f*ing chapter!!!! Kagome and Kurama so cute andi like how Kurama is slightly infatuated lol i just wish your chapters were a little longer. If, during his life, he was looking only for bodies to have a sex, he would die from sheer boredom! After all, beside the certain part of his anatomy, he has a brain as well - quite a handicap for having a repeated mindless sex several centuries at a stretch! Yes, he never loved (canon, can't be helped^_^_^), but I'm pretty sure he was quite a fastidious lover and having only a nice body and face weren't enough to have his attention.

Eh... Sorry about yesterday's rant. Well, at least, it wasn't entirely off-topic, right?^_~ You see, when I'd started to review the fic, my friend called. I've never noticed this before, but, actually, her love life is very similiar to Kagome's (short of a dead ex-girlfriend, thanks God for the small mercies!!!). So, it's vexing me to no end, to see pretty, clever, usually strong-willed girl to be a total pushover when a certain man is concerned! When we finished our talk, the reviews' page was still open... The rest you know.^_^

...supplies, clothing and medicines she's taking with her aren't for free and I highly doubt her family are so well-off, considering they haven't a man to provide, but have an old shrine to keep - which is quite an expencive business. She should be aware of this, she's not an idiot, but, of course, there is no question about her finding a job to help with the money - she's too busy 500 years in the past with saving the world, so, such a trivial thing as how to pay the bills is below her - it's her mother headache, right? Besides, Inuyasha would never approve if she'd decided to spend more time at home to help - the shard detector's duty is to detect the shards and her family... Well, they did manage without her for years, so, they have no choise but continue to do so... Oh, and with her constant absences her chances to continue her education and not to spend her life working underpaid jobs, usually reserved as a part-time jobs for the students in need of the pocket money are slim to nothing, but who care, certainly not Inuyasha! Right now, Kagome is in danger to *BECOME* a pale Kikyo-like supplement to Inuyasha, with shitty future in her own time and without any future in the Feodal Era, because, come on, when a man has a choise between a woman he loves and woman he loved AND RESPECTED, that choise is quite apparent! (Yes, I know, Kikyo died in manga (couldn't say anything about your fic), but when a woman wins a man only because her antagonist is dead, could you call it a real victory?)

But without any asking, he had picked her up bridal style and made sure he wasn't hurting her ankle.* And that's the worst and the most complicated part of Inuyasha and Kagome's relationships! It would be so easy for Kagome to cast him off as a uncaring jerk and move on with her life, but he *DOES* care! He does care about her, enough to wish her happy and unhurt, but, sadly, not enough to stop him from actually hurting her, when he's having a choise.V_V_V_V And all because this stupid misunderstanding! Yes, she said she'd be by his side, no matter what, but he, somehow, took this quite literally! "No matter what" for him means "anything" - his meetings with Kikyo, his temper tantrums, his possessiveness... On the other hand, could you blame him? If Kagome herself isn't discouraging him to behave like this, why should he stop? After all, the girl did everything for him not to respect her... Yes, I know, it's just unfair to blame somebody for being too caring, loving and understanding, but sometimes, it's just necessary to fight back, for your own good and for the good of the person you are fighting with. Kagome herself gave Inuyasha every right of a boyfriend, without burdening him with corresponding responsibilities and, as a result, he's treating her as a doormat. He isn't evil nor sadistic, he doesn't enjoy to hurt her on purpose, but he's having a difficult life, and shit just happens, and he simply couldn't go and destroy something to blow off steam, because no one's able to predict, if an enemy going to attac while he's recovering after his outburst, so, the only way to get the frustration out of his sistem is a verbal spar, and, lucky fellow, he has his own personal whipping girl-Kagome! He could tell her she sucks as a miko, that she's not even near as beautiful and powerful as Kikyo was, that she's nothing more than a shard detector and, right after that, to retreat to meet Kikyo... Three guess, what would he find upon returning? Right, Kagome awaiting him with a cup of hot Ramen! And admit, it's quite impossible to respect a woman who doesn't respect herself! BTW, could you imagine Inuyasha calling Kikyo a bitch? No? Me too... Hell, even with Sango he's far more polite! Maybe because he's knowing that the blatant disrespect towards Sango will ends him up on the ground, somewhere around Miroku, with a similiar lump on his head. As far as I can tell, thanks to Inuyasha's verbal abuse, Kagome just stoped to see herself as her own, unique person and now's seeing herself as a flawed copy of Kikyo! *shudders* And the cursed necklace doesn't help either! It's purpose was to prevent Inuyasha from hurting anybody (and himself), not to bent Inuyasha to Kagome's whims, so, to be honest, she's abusing it's power... But only because she hasn't any choise - her own feelings and needs means so little for Inuyasha, that she has no hope to convince him, only to force him to accept the things which are important for her - visiting herfamily, her studies... For him, it's simply irrelevant. So, it's just one more reason for him not to respect Kagome, because, if Kikyo wanted something, all she needed to do was just ask, no coercion involved, and he'd be right at her side, as a good obedient puppy. Kagome should understand, that if Inuyasha would ever respect her, it wouldn't be for her appearance or miko powers - the things she has in common with Kikyo, but for something purely *Kagome* (hope you understood that I meant). But for now, she's blowing up this chance! She's thrown away her life, she's in danger to lose her friends (and they aren't bad friends!), she's neglecting her family (supplies, clothing and medicines she's taking with her aren't for free and I highly doubt her family are so well-off, considering they haven't a man to provide... You know, I wondered, if Suuichi was simply oblivious to Botan feelings, but then I've decided there weren't the feelings, aside a friendship, to talk about - even if Kurama was too dense to notice, Yoko, with all his experience, wouldn't miss such a thing, right?
