You really have the gift for describing a scene. The details are outstandingly beautiful. It seemed like I could feel all the emotions going through Sesshoumaru. A grown Rin certainly is making for lots of interesting possibilities in this story. Where to next? Cynbad146

great update... seems that sesshoumaru has already made a decision... hope nothing bad happens to rin though... wonder if sesshoumaru will deal with this alone or maybe ask inuyasha & kagome and the gang for help... at least if he does then they can go get rin while he handles protecting the western lands... wonder what happens next... update as soon as you can... please and thank you!

A lovely chapter. Nothing wrong with being a little Sess-centric - as long as it's Rin or Kagura-matching, NOT Kagome! You write beautifully indeed, making one able to understand all the parties desires and way of thinking. I am very much looking forward to read more from you and see how Sesshomaru will act to protect what is his - and of cause to know what will happen twix Inuyasha and Kagome.

I am thoroughly impressed with this fic. You write beautifully. The scenes are vivid, the interactions between your characters engrossing, a well written piece through and through. I especially enjoyed the flash back scene when Sesshomaru gives up Rin. I love her character in the anime so it was nice to see that you brought her into this fic as well. I've just spent the past couple hours reading everything you've posted so far and I can't wait to see what happens next. Kudos to you for writing such excellent piece! I love it. This chapter made me so happy I almost felt like crying! You wouldn't believe how many emotions I'm going through right now. I loved this chapter. All of the InuYasha and Kagome fluff goodness! :D

This is by far my favorite fanfic! You are so talented in your writing. There is so much forethought involved in your plot development! I also love the level of character development in your writing--how you let each of them "grow up", allowing for them to mature in so many ways. It makes the love story so much better--and believable! I check for new chapters every day...I can't wait! Can I pay you to write more chapters faster???? (Just kidding...I'm broke...sigh...) ;0)

A sweet moment! But I cannot help to think about how Inuyasha would react if Kagome told him: "Hey, I had---or have---this dog whom I am sure is your father reincarnated. How 'bout a family reunion around a couple o' bones?" Why she would say that remains a mystery though... And Kagome's inner voices... do they mean that if she continues to develop her miko skills and fight, she'll eventually see all yokai elements as tainted - almost like Kikyo seemed to do in the beginning, before she met Inuyasha? That I do not like. This chapter I do like!

Very nice come about! It was short but effective the fear and need warring withing kagome, the want to protect and the need to hold her in Inuyasha, were displayed nicely. It was much more well rounded than the last chapter, I approve. I continue to be enraptured.

This story just keeps improving. And for all the AU talk in your notes, I think you are doing a pretty good job in the direction of canon (with embellishments.)I encourage you and applaud you in your promise to finish this story. Do not let worries of an ending that is not good enough, stop you from finishing, as it does so many talented fanfic writers. This is a misleading trap for many fanfic writers, I believe. You definitely are talented. Shoot for the stars and keep writing. Cynbad146
