As an avid author/reader I often find fanfics to be lacking a certain amount of writing pizazz....not so with yours. Not only is the plot intriguing and interesting, but I'm not cringing every other word at how you're writing. Keep up the good work! (and post more soon :P)

Inuyasha keeping vigil at Kagomes would be deathbed. Intense. The Sango and Miroku-action is outstanding. Although Miroku, Kohaku and Kagome are the ones in true peril, Sango cannot help but submitting to her own feelings of despair despite her will to help and support. That was very human of her...and I almost cried.

grugh! You know, I don't comment on stories I really like because I seem to curse them inot 'non-activity' and the authors never update after I comment...but I gotta.. You have made a rather endearing and yet angst/action/stuff filled plot line and I want to read more.

I admit i was slightly disapointed with this chapter, there is a good deal more you could have done with it (no, I don't mean lemons *smirk*). It was a bit more disjointed then I have come to expect from you, less polished and refined if you will. It got you where the story was going but not in a very descriptive way. Talk about Blast from the Past! That was a pretty good meeting, I thought. To repeat myself (but sincerely,) this story just keeps getting better and better. count on me to hang around for the rest of the story. I'm going to review the last two chapters in one because I was too busy with my own stories to read the updates till now. That said, I enjoyed the byplay of shippo and Inuyasha as it was an effective way to show how much Inuyasha has matured in the five years that have passed. The sequential meetings of Inuyasha with Sesshomaru, then Rin adds an element of mystery to their side story. I appreciate the fact that you didn't have Inuyasha swoop in to save the day when Kagome was attacked, it would have been very tempting for most writers to do. The fact that he didn't helps establish that she doesn't NEED him any more, and if she chooses to stay with him it is because she WANTS too, very important unless you want to end up writing a co-dependant relationship instead of a relationship between two adults. I feel bad for Kagome, but then again, if Naraku's about to come back strong, why not begin from the beginning again with a wounded miko and an arrowed hanyou? I'm a sucker for fate! Apparently they did something wrong last time, let's do it again! May the update-wave go on for long!
