great update... glad that inuyasha reached kagome in time... not sure inuyasha should have sent kagome alone though... eventhough they confessed their feelings... not sure if kagome will remember and she passed out when inuyasha told her his feelings... also will they get the envelope kagome stashed away in the trash when she was running... wonder what happens next... update as soon as you can... please and thank you...

Electifying chapter, Rox! Love that IY got there in time, and was so very fierce. But he was rather a baka to send her on her own, for such a wanted prize. Hopefully he'll learn from this. Love that they admitted their feelings, but wonder how it'll play out later. Will K remember her words? And will IY repeat his? I'm really enjoying the way your moving this relationship along, taking your time, not rushing things. More realistic that way, I think.

Well at least this Inuyasha is recognizing his feelings for Kagome quicker than the canon one does. I liked how this chapter plays off the previous chapter. I also liked how Inuyasha stays true to character and doesn't know how to deal with his feelings. I can't wait to see how they work it all out.

i was having an inner dialog about scent marking and thinking the chemistry involved. thinking back on things that happened before in the story i have developed a theory... he's had to carry her for most of the time they were in the youkai world and there is some transference of oils, volatile gases, pheromones, etc. [Interchange Theory (Edmund Locard, 1920) which basically states that "every contact [between two objects] leaves a trace" it has since been proved fact]. who's to say that since he's been having the same feelings their bodies have been chemically and (since the nervous system is electrochemical) electrochemically 're-programming/marking' each other? causing the extreme emotional withdrawal... yes emotions are involved, they are the catalyst that initializes and speeds the process. the exchange of bodily fluids would essentially 'seal the deal' or permanently bind the two. . . anyway as i tell everybody i spout my theories to: "ignore the ravings of the mad woman" . . . poor kagome, she needs a yasha fix. good chapter. ~ ciao, ginny
