Loved it. Of course i'll email the answer. I think it was too nice too soon with Kikyo. I think its time for a flashback to the conversation Mama has with Kagome that causes her to run after Inuyasha and save his life in more than one way. Maybe time for another New Moon? Anyway great work, oh and I caught the whitewavereborn reference. Courtship was the first fanfic I ever read. If you need/want a beta hit me up, mmkay? Laters~Cricket42

Great story and nice chapter with Yash finally realizing he loves Kagome and her and the rest of the gang totally give him the cold shoulder. Talk about not being able to get together anyways great job and am looking forward to more soon please.

Hm, Kagome doesn't have anymore faith in Inuyasha than Kikyou did. If I was Inuyasha, I'd strike out on my own for awhile. I wouldn't be getting over that kind of distrust anytime soon. It kind of eclipses his wonderful realization and the sweet thing that he did for Kagome. I'm in a really cranky mood now. That was very dramatic and I'm anxious to see where it leads. Please update! I mean that in the nicest way possible. This is definitely one of my favorites... I know some others have done the Kagome = hanyou thing, but to me, this is uniquely original in its content. I only have one tiny, itty bitty criticism for this chapter: for Daichi, since he's male, it's seamster, not seamstress. Seamstress is female. Other than that, I'm floating in fangirl goodness. Yay!

Wow, OUCH! Poor Inu. I mean after all that hatdship and work only to be put down. Kags should know better. I mean wouldn't her nose tell her he hasnt been with Kikyou. I hope Inu doesnt take it personaly, and kags will remember. I fell sry 4 both of them. Good job on the clifie just dont leave ushanding to long. i thought inuyasha's self-exploration was the best part of this chapter. the way you wrote the gradual seeing and acceptance of his true emotions had me cheering him on. i felt as if i had intruded on a session where he was being psychoanalyzed. i could hear the doctor asking 'and how does that make you feel?'. that's what i meant before by rushed. the emotions were good, just the explanation behind them needed to be filled out a little. great chapter.

As soon as I saw the classic 'Kikyou is nice now and is letting him go' scene begin, I started chanting "No, no, no..." because I was sure that Kagome was going to somehow witness (and misunderstand) the tender moment between them. Especially when they kissed...and even more especially when you cut to Kagome climbing out of the well. But then I thought, wait, she would have easily been able to hear their conversation this time, so maybe she'll see them but NOT get the wrong idea. Then I kept reading; I like the way you did it better. She doesn't even know for a fact that he's seen Kikyou at all, except maybe he had her scent on him, but then surely she will also pick up how hurt and betrayed he was at the accusations. I think the only thing I would have personally done differently was have Inuyasha throw the bag of clothes at her like "Here, bitch!" and then storm out, but maybe he wasn't really that angry with Kagome herself, because he of course realized it was the others that had filled her head with the Kikyou nonsense. Hopefully in the beginning of the next chapter we'll see her getting up to run after him and it'll all be resolved...pretty please?

I don't like kikyo either but...that was a nice scene was sweet. Lol! To tell the truth when kikyo died in the manga I felt sad. Did sango and the others have to jump all over Inuyasha about kikyo...well I can understand WHY they did but, at least let the guy explain what he was doing for those three days instead of acusing him of doing god knows what with kikyo. I hope kagome goes after him...by the way where is koga. Lol! He's going to throw a fit when he sees kagome!

I've decided I'll review both here, and at ED. =3 That way, everyone on both sites can read my thoughts, but you don't have to reply at the beginning of chapters unless you want to. I have to say, the Kikyou scene was nice! Even a bona-fide Kikyou-hater like me felt at peace with that closure. I spotted that 'Courtship' reference right away! xD Inuyasha's love revelation was iffy to me, though, because I've always thought a big part of his problem was that he doesn't really know what love IS. However, I'm glad he's finally getting to the self-growth. ^^ Damn friends for making a Kikyou induced scene in front of her. >( P.S: Youkaineko, anime hair is indestructable! =O
