I can't believe what this story has transformed into, despite how it was originally intended! I'm excited, hoping the Kagome WILL change the laws and now she has Sango and two professors on her team. And I'm glad that Inuyasha is finally depending on her. I was beginning to think it was impossible! This story is so great - I hope we're not near the end yet! Until next chapter... ~PB

It seems that the more he denies his feelings for Kagome, the more that he's becoming secure in his feelings for her as well. Awesome job with the Christmas gift part of him as well. Personally, he should tell her exactly how he feels instead of hiding it behind his rough exterior. As for Sango, I love how you've incorporated her into the story as well. I just wonder who the sick and twisted bastard was that caused her family to suffer so much. He should be killed in a similar fashion. I feel for Kagome and her need to do what's right for the hanyou's, especially Inu, but I hope that she realizes that she's been sending the wrong impressions to Hojo... or else I think she's really going to get hurt. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I honestly have followed this story chapter by chapter, I don't know where to begin to describe how imaginative, entertaining and well written this story is for me. This last update, the very last section, made me want to cry believe it or not, I'm pretty sure that was not what it was intended for but yeah... To see how they give each other hope, Kagome's efforts along with Inuyasha's rereading of letters is soooo immensely heart warming. All in all it gives a sense of a true, well thorough story from what I've seen so far. ok so enough of that, now....I hope you update really really soon to see what kagome has up her sleeve next time. Keep up the amazing job!!!!

i really liked this chapter. you kept us informed of both the main characters. the day-to-day quality helped to show how totally connected they are to each other, even if they are not together. i loved the present kagome sent.

Great chapter. I love the plot of your story; Kagome's drive to help hanyou is truly admirable, even though it's so awful that nobody saw the need to do anything long before now. But, that's how most good and necessary things start. A wrong has been noticed by many long before but left unchallenged.....until one day somebody finally gets off their duff and actually DOES something about it. She has her work cut out for her......but she has an adorable reason why. Your characterization of Inuyasha is wonderful. He can be so abrasive.....but so SWEET as well. And you characerization of Kagome is terrific as well. Great job, and I can't wait to read more whenever you can post. These updates are always such a TREAT.

I can't remember whether or not I've reviewed this piece or not--I truly can't remember. But either way, I wanted to let you know what a stellar piece I think you have here! Honestly, it's so fresh and original. I think one of the main reasons I enjoy it so much is that it is truly thought out and planned down to the tiniest detail. I love the fact that not only is it a piece that entertains, but it informs as well, and I love the incorporation of law and real science (perhaps that is because I am a nerd...). Your characterization is impeccable. And in this last chapter--I truly enjoyed Sango. I think she's going to end up being quite an important part of the story, and I love the role she's played so far. Congratulations on a truly amazing and well-thought out story.
