Another good chapter. As much as I hate to admit it, both Kagome and Inuyasha NEEDED this separation. Inuyasha needed to MISS Kagome, to appreciate the good she brought into his life. He also needed to see that she was sincere in her care about him. It's been MONTHS now since she's seen or spoken to Inuyasha, long enough for even his good sex to have worn off, lol. Yet she still reaches out to him, even when she gets nothing in return. This was a good way to drill into his head that she truly, SINCERELY cares about him period, with no guarantee that he will ever reciprocate. And it looks like he may finally GET that now. And hopefully be more willing to take the chance Kagome is giving him. Kagome needed the separation as well. First, to make sure that it wasn't all about sex, even in her own mind. She now knows for sure that that isn't it, since she and Inuyasha haven't touched each other in months. However, what she mainly needed was to have her eyes opened. Although she truly meant well and she knew ACADEMICALLY what hanyous go through, she needed to truly SEE it, up close and personal. Her involvement with little Josef and learning his story and her witnessing the death of the little hanyou boy at the end were necessary so that she could see what she and Inuyasha would truly be getting into. No amount of storytelling or studying can teach like seeing something like that firsthand. And, although Kagome loves Inuyasha, she TRULY didn't know what she'd be getting him (and herself) into. And she needed to have her eyes fully opened to reality. It won't change her mind about helping him, thank goodness,.....but she won't be so naive about what she's actually facing either. And now, I can't wait until they see each other again face to face, with all their new lessons learned. Great update, and I look forward to reading more soon.

all tens because i am a people pleaser, and i like to make people happy and i know when i see all tens that my head goes into the clouds. anyway...love your fic. i want to smash inuyasha's head into the wall for walking out like that but i love it anyhow...he always was a bit thick skulled, and stupid...almost reminds me of an ex boyfriend of mine. besides the point. keep up the good work, i can tell that you are nearing the end.

I really liked this last chapter, even when Inu wasn't in it. Now we see the plot moving on to something bigger. Anyway, what happened with the letter? Did she ever write it? What did it say? What does that stranger want? And more importantly, who is the teacher? He seems very nice, reminds me of someone. Well, guess I have to wait to learn all the answer. Take care.

Why does every male species-human or hanyou, fictional or non-fictional run when they hear " I Love You" from the opposite sex? I hope Inuyasha can get over his insecurities and live with hope. Oddly enough, I don't think Kagome is in any danger from the youkai more like she's about to get some info. Well till next time, read ya later.

Oh no way! You seriously did not just leave me with that sensational cliff-hanger! Lol. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I love this fic. It's one of the few I follow religiously. This last chapter was just fantastic. Really well written. Is you head filling with hot air yet, lol? Good, because you deserve a moment or two to bask in ego building. It's good for the digestion. Or something like that. Anyway, it was masterfull the way you were able to have a chapter without Inuyasha actually taking part of it, but, as readers, we never forgot he was there and felt poignatly for Kagome's plight. I just wanted to cheer for her when she continued on the path she set for herself and then broke out of the mold to forge a future for herself and hanyou's of the world. I'm doubly excited to read the next installment and to see where this 'hidden-hanyou-hunting' has taken her (and how Inuyasha is holding up, of course!).

AWWWWWW thats so sad! Poor Inuyasha thinking nobody could ever love him! That was a really good chapter. I read this story awhile ago and was dying to read the rest! I am so glad you updated! Please update again soon!!!

I can't wait until the next chapter's posted!! You're definitely on my favorite list, because I adore how this story is going on!! And yea, I have a few mediocre fics for when I'm bored shitless...THIS ISN'T ONE OF THEM!!! I love how you're writing this, Inuyasha is such a brat and I loveeeee it! Hey how goes it? Thats wonderful or horrible depending on wheter the response was positive or negative.I'm doing well myself. Anyways I love the story, and you do really keep a good job with keeping inuyasha and kagome in character. Its amazing really. Often when people write while using others' characters they often change their personalities however drastic or slight. Now then I do hope you'll be updating soon because already the cliff hanger is eating away at me. I think I have a good view as to where this is going. Review ya later!
