Wow, very original. I really liked the switch up with the rosary being Inuyasha's suggestion and Kagome's hesitation. I suppose she was being selfish, but in a very small way. Ultimately, she wanted to give him something - whether it be good memories of being treated as something other than a whipping post, or just a reprieve from being suffocated by his status in life. In a weird way, it's almost refreshing to see the sex out of the way. No overly emotional build-up (or let down). It was a task, for both of them, but still one that Inuyasha oddly found enjoyable, even after being so jaded by all the crap he'd been subjected to. Now, if they can just get past all the mental blocks. Really awesome story. Good job!

oh. my. GOSH! This fanfiction is.. just wow. Honestly, it is absolutely brilliant! The second I started reading, I just couldn't stop! Your style of writing is superb; you describe their emotions and situations really well. And you also portray the characters in a very "in-character" way. I can't wait for some sort of romance/love to blossom between Inuyasha and Kagome (hopefully :D). Well, update soon! Thank you for writing this fabulous fanfic. It's honestly the best I've read in a long time.

GREAT chapter. This was my favorite chapter as well. I never thought about the rosary as a solution to Kagome's problems with taking Inuyasha home (although, now that I think about it, is was a good idea). But, I was truly shocked that it was Inuyasha himself who suggested the subjugation spell. THAT, I never would have guessed. Kagome's negative reaction to the suggestion was expected; he's never been a physical threat to her in this story, so I can see her not wanting him to be humiliated like that. But, Inuyasha's willingness to be put under subjugation by Kagome speaks volumes about his growing feelings for her. And the TRUST she's earned from him. It may not be love yet per se, but they are falling fast. This has gone way beyond just good sex.....and you have done a great job of allowing their relationship to evolve slowly like this. A person who's been through as much as Inuyasha has couldn't fall in love fast...but would have to won over gradually. And watching them NEARLY fall has been some of the best fun I've had reading fan fiction. I definitely look forward to reading more as soon as you can put it up.

Every time I read this fanfic I'm more and more impressed! I loved this chapter because it finally advanced to a crucial turning point that we've all been waiting for; Inuyasha heading off with Kagome.You did a great job keeping us in suspense in how the final workings of their relationship would be. Will he go with her, will she stay...Nice inter working of the rosary beads :) Grammatically/Stylistically there was something "off" with this chapter I think your sentence structure was off in a few paragraphs (sorry I can't remember specifics!)Anywhooo overall i loved this chapter and please keep writing!!

I think this is my fave so far too, though the lemons were quite nice I must say. I can't wait for the next chapter and seeing how Kagome's family reacts to Inuyasha. I felt horrible for him in this chapter he was just so nervous and scared, (curses self for being so dang mushy) I always want to comfort people in those kinds of situations. This is going to be fascinating! Inuyasha is cool with the rosary for the moment, but how will it be later on? If Kagome's family is anything like in the manga, he will be treated as an equal and soon forget about society rules, at least for a while. Like Ryu said: he'll long for more when he's gotten a first taste. But what does Kagome want? To help only Inuyasha for her own reasons... or work for a change for all hanyous around?
