This chapter is phenomenal. You handle these raw emotions and extreme situations so well, and you've really thought through everyone's personalities so that they remain constant and believeable through and through. Inuyasha would not accept Kagomes offer just like that, he's too wounded, has another way of seeing things alltogether. Kagome made her decision mainly because of the factor love and that's enough for her - because she already has the rest a grown person can need. But Inuyasha doesn't. It will take more time and it will wound them both - Inuyasha litteraly - but I really hope it'll all end well! This chapter was amazing! YOU'RE amazing!

And there it is...GREAT chapter. Poor Kagome. She finally confesses to Inuyasha that she loves him...only to have him throw it back in her face. It's out of fear for her and her family, of course, but what he said doesn't make that at all clear. It must be awful for the person that you want to offer you exactly what you wished for....only to know that you can't accept it because it may put her in danger. Poor Inuyasha. That world they live in is definitely a cruel one. I just hope that Kagome can figure out a way to get out of this. Inuyasha loves her (though he hasn't yet admitted it, even to himself). And he loves her so much that he will let her go to protect her. But she loves him enough to fight for him...soemthing I'm sure he isn't used to. I can't wait to see how this plays out.

Oh man, you broke my heart into a million little bitty pieces with that chapter. It was beutifully written and I do so hope you don't leave us twisting in the wind for too long. Wonderful story, by the way.

oh no! why?????? why?????? why?????? plz dnt let him do that stupid inuyasha no!!! I hope he comes back and tells her he loves her! im just so in love with this fanfic its better than any compliment ever made! its so well written and dramatic and enjoyable to read every chapter leaves me speechless and wanting more! plz update soon!!!!!!

This was a powerful chapter, emotionally. Souta's desire to protect Inuyasha, Mama's realization that her baby girl has grown up to be a powerful and caring woman, and finally Inu's belief that loving him is impossible - All powerful emotions. Thanks for writing for us. I know that this was originally going to be just a oneshot, but it has become so so so much more. It is a wonderfully funny and lovely piece. I look forward to reading more.
