Errrrrk. I hate cliffhangers, and the last chapter (updated aug 19) is a doozy. Pleeeeeeeease tell me you haven't decided to stop writting this, that would be most unfair, lol. I will say though, I originally passed up this fic because of the summary, which I know from experience can be hell to write. I'm very glad I gave it a chance, but I did want to let you know that. Excellent work so far, please continue!

OMG, i just read the last chapter and OMG it was spictacular! i just about died i swear! i want to demand you hurry up with the next chapter, but then again i want you to take as much time as possible, the more time you leave me to think about it, the better the next chapter becomes... i absolutly adore you, you are my favorite person in the whole world, and the F im going to get on the paper i was supposed to be writting right now was totally worth it... but yeah, hurry up with the next chapter... but dont move to fast...

the way you keep the story suspenseful and staying true to the character's personalities and growth keeps it interesting. i appreciate the way that you are not making this one of those corny love stories where inuyasha becomes too soft-hearted or kagome too virtuous and perfect, because it's in his nature to be naturally brash and aggressive while she is still feisty and independent. i especially like how you can contrast Kagome and inuyasha's personalities and offset her inocence with his violent past. please don't end it here and update soon!!! ^_^

Thank you so much for writing this story. I wait eagerly for any and all updates (and I'm not trying to rush you, please understand) because I really can't wait to see what happens. I really sympathize with the emotions of Inu and Kagome due to the way you've written this. I've been reading and rereading since this was up as a one-shot, so I just thought it was time to tell you it was amazing and I appreciated your taking the time to write and post it. I'll continue to lurk around and read, and I anticipate the story continuing to move me.

No he can't leave oh who am I kidding he's going to change his mind and come back, but how can he tell her that it's impossible to love him. All those years of abuse has really gotten to him. So much that he doesn't think he deserves to be happy. And Kagome confessed her love yay her, I just wish instead of walking away and saying what he said that he would have said that he loved her too or at least said okay I'll stay with you. You made me cry but I should have known that you would want to drag this out just a little more. This is so good I that I reread it and ended up crying even more because of all the things that he has gone through. I love your writing so much I'm going to check and see if you have any other stories that I can read to preoccupy myself with so I don't cry again. Thank you for writing such a lovely story although it's not finished yet.

Oh jesus, you made me sniffle!! i can feel tears!!!! This is SUCH AN EXCELLENT STORY!!! And it has a REALLY catchy title too lol! [I just sat and read all 11 chapters in about 2 hours soooo] I really love your style and your plotline, and i'm definitely looking forward to reading more and more of this!!! hey! it's me again from fanfiction. lol. but anyway STUPID STUPID STUPID STUPID INUYASHA! Kagome should have sat him to the firey pits of hell! i can't even begin to imagine how broken she must have felt. i'm tearing. that was just AWFUL on inuyasha's part. i mean he needs to wake up and see that kagome is DIFFERENT. she's not like everyone else because if she were, she wouldn't have even bothered with him in the first place! i mean it's understandable that he's not automatically going to put complete trust her, but give the poor girl some credit! I can't believe he just did that. what an assface. i'm so pissed at him. oh my god. Holy Crap. i hope Kagome like confesses to Ryu or something and then he goes and BLAZES Inuyasha's ass. i mean that was just the cruelest thing to do. "I love you." "No you don't." Seriously! who's goes around and says that to a person that just confessed their feelings!? I mean yeah it came as a shock to him, maybe he was even a bit frightened him but he didnt have to just like completely just hurt her like that! I mean if he thinks he seriously hurt her back when they had their little rendevouz (sp.?) in the forest/woods then he bascially just like killed her now. UGH.
