Another great chapter. But, Kagome definitely has her work cut out for her. Poor Inuyasha has just been so hurt! I can't wait to see what you've got planned for them next. This is one of the best stories I've ever read.

Talk about an emotional roller-coaster. First she's happy to be there, excited in fact. Then as she plans on dominating him, he says the one thing that brings their whole relationship into question. Now she's dejected and uncertain if that is what she wants from him as well as his feelings toward her. For him, it's the opposite, seeing as she has gone out of her way to make him comfortable, even showing him kindness that he's not experienced before (at least as far as we know). He questions her actions toward him and yet has the audacity to remind her of the 'rules' that harness him to the shrine. Does he even know what he wants? Is he really that blind to her actions, emotions, etc toward him or is he just hoping that it's a passing fad and not wanting to let himself get drawn into something that isn't real? Does he know what she and her family have already done for him? I doubt it, seeing as he prefers to stay in a place that tortures him on a regular basis. I'm sure that if he did, he'd see that she wants him to be happy. Although, I'm also sure that if he knew just how in depth her involvement with the Hanyou cause was, he'd be angry at her for going into something so dangerous as well as at himself for showing her what his life is like. I'm really enjoying this story and hope that all goes well for you as you update. Thanks again for this interesting take on the Inu/kag love story.

Aww what a sweet yet rather depressing chapter. Lol. I really did like it though..I need to read more on what happens next. Hope you update soon! I really admire your writing and your ideas are just brilliant!

if your scared of getting surgery... ill be happy to help ^^ im in the hospital at the moment.. eye surverys every week... you get used to it... and the survery that takes a week to open the eyes again and about 6 months to see probly again.... BUT anyways i LOVE this story ^^ 5 years.... you got to be kidding... lol

Thank you for this story! With working in a hospital, save, not with Shrine attached to it, I like the whole concept of the Hospital/Shrine bit. Working in the medical records department, graveyard weekends, lets my mind wander... a lot. After reading this, I can almost hear suspicious noises coming form the 2nd floor... except that they are renovating the hospital, and currently we are in a trailer behind the hospital. Anyways, I like how you have Kagome doing what she can for Hanyous, as well as the similarity to the hanyou plight and the African-Americans plight prior to the 1950's. I really like how you're addressing all the aspects of the Hanyou predicament. My question would be, seeing as Kagome was injured, and Inuyasha 'knows' her body, wouldn't he have seen the scars and get suspicious, or was he not paying that much attention? I also thank you for keeping with this story, as a form of therapy during your medical procedures. I know that being sick and unable to do things you really enjoy are hard. Keep up the good work, I look forward to future chapters about our favorite Hanyou and his stubbornness. I will admit, the chapter... not sure which one... but the one where Kagome comes in after one of his more graphic 'sessions' truly affected me, I was nearly in tears as I read about the damage done. The fact that there are people out there that like to cause that much pain is disgusting, but very real. I hope that Inuyasha realizes that with Kagome and her family, he'd never have to worry about that kind of pain again. I really did like how Kagome played him with the whole baby bit. I'm rather surprised that with as much sex they've had, that she didn't end up pregnant. Anyways, thank you again for this story, sorry that I've been reading the whole story for the last week and just finished what's posted today before I reviewed. I greatly enjoyed this story and look forward to more. Thank you.

Talk about your make up sex, this fic is the best thing I've ever read. I hope you don't have to go through with the surgery, it sounds scary. If you do get the surgery good luck, and I;ll wait patiently til you get back. Thanks for posting this.

Well. What can I say? I'd read this story before and forgotten about it, then after seeing it again so many times, I figured, "Why the hell not?" and reread it. I'm so glad I had; you'd obviously updated since I last read it. I just hope Inuyasha stops being such a plugged butthole and get loose.

wow. It took me like...2 weeks to read this. But its awesome! I absolutely love it! Sorry to hear that you might need brain surgery. That's really bad. I hope you're feeling better soon. (I don't know how I can really call it feeling better but I think you know what I mean) 5 years is a long time to wait though. If you like skipped ahead to like...every other month or something it wouldn't seem that long. If you went day to day it might actually take you 5 years to write it. Lol. But this a really good story. Had me hooked on just the summary. Lol. I really hope you get better soon. And update when you can! (Notice I didn't said if. I said when.
