The depth of raw emotion in this chapter was staggering. I made it through it without drowning, but it was still very powerful. I'm really at a loss for where the story will lead now. Everytime I think I've figured it out, you throw me for a loop. I absolutely love it!! I'm excited for whatever comes of Inuyasha's encounter with Kagome's comforting stranger. Patiently waiting for more. Thanks for the update.

Wow... just wow. Now I know why you made them say the things they said... If they never said them they would never had realized just how much they cared for the other, and keep denying the fact that they love eachother so much... Now that was a great chapter you put up. Made me think between the lines of what they were saying, and of what they actually mean. Plus I understand were Miroku was coming from when he said those hurtful words to Kagome, he's just really pissed off and sad that he has to blame something right...? Well I hope you update and keep it up. Peace...

I'm kind of mad at Miroku, like I understand where hes coming from... but...how was Kagome to know that some crazy was after her, and would hurt Sango? I'm sure Sango would be mad at him too if she knew he told Kagome he wished it happened to her and not Sango.. like... gah! update soon!!! DDD8 I need to know who shes crying on DDDDD8

I gotta tell you, you are doing an outragiously great job on this story. It caught my attention from the very first chapter. In this story, you had Kagome as wounded as InuYasha from the beginning, and the way you developed their relationship with them kicking and screaming against it all the way has been superb. I can't wait for the rest of the story, at your convenience, of course. lol

Ohhh!! Good stuff! I'm actually glad that Kagome left him, he deserved it after what he did. I'm also glad that Kagome and Inuyasha are realizing that they love the other person. I can't say that I was expecting that they would run into each other at the hospital. I was expecting her to leave him and run into Dinshu or for Kikyo to kiss Inuyasha in front of her (adding insult to injury). I like your chapter better. There is anguish in there, yet some hope as well. Now I am wondering who exactly Kagome was clinging to. I am sure that it is either Dinshu or Koga or is it someone else who I didn't expect? And what's Inuyasha to do? I think he's about to go red eyed again... Should be interesting... Loving your chapters. Thank you so much for updating so quickly and congratulations on the award. YOu deserve it. Keep writing.

My God, I couldn't help but cry at the end there. I'm going through something sort of similar (a boy who I'm not exactly sure where I stand with) so this fic just really hits home. You really have a great style and I love this, a lot. Thank you.

Wow. GREAT chapter. That was a heck of a twist at the end. It all seemed so promising at the beginning with the stuff with Rin, and Inuyasha demanding a sort of "committment" before he made love to Kagome and seemingly promising to do the same for her. And, just like that, one careless slip of the tongue undid it ALL. Of all the things he could have said, essentially telling her that she wasn't his choice for his mate or wife was the worst thing he could have said to her. He eded up doing virtually the same thing as Kouga, with one exception...Inuyasha truly LOVES her. And, even though he's afraid to admit even to himself that he's fallen in love with her, he now has no choice but to confess his feelings to her if he wants to fix things. He's backed them both into such a corner unintentionally. I just hope he's brave enough to tell her the truth. Talk about a trial by fire. This was TERRIFIC. I can't wait to see what happens next!

LOVE the ending...I don't know what it is about seeing InuYasha guilty, but it just seems he doesn't feel enough of it for Kagome in the anime or manga. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Sob Sob! Oh well, I guess it wouldn't be in character unless Inuyasha said something completely stupid to Kagome. Man, that was sad. I hope that there will be some happiness in the future. Well, let's see what is next? Kagome leaves Inuyasha and goes to Kyoto and has a run in with Dinshu? I hope that baka Inuyasha gets his head on straight one of these days. Thanks for writing. I love your story.
