I'm really liking this story so far. I usually try to avoid AU stories set in modern times because I find a lot of them boring and rather OOC, but this one I like. You've got a good setting going, and the character development is coming along nicely. I'll be on the lookout for more.

aww... you're making Kikyou bad in this? Heheh, I look forward in where you're taking that direction. Good job with this chapter. It's nice to see a balance between Miroku with Sango and Inuyasha with Kagome, instead of focusing on one pairing. Very interesting introduction of Kouga. Keep up the good work with your future chapters!

Another good chapter. Inuyasha and Kagome are so cute, but Kouga is going to be trouble. He's a bigot, so he won't take well to losing Kagome to someone he thinks is beneath him. I just can't wait to see how far Inuyasha is going to shove Tessaiga down his hateful throat, lol. As for Miroku and Sango......oh, boy. It's going to be a long road to get them together. Miroku is definitely a whore, so poor Sango has her work cut out for her trying to straighten him out. I will definitely be watchign to see how she does it. Painfully, I would guess, lol.

I've been a slacker and not read this yet, but I have enjoyed these 2.5 chapters so far. You have entroduce the main characters and given them a base for their interaction. I like that Inu is a self-defence/martial arts instructor. Honestly that is one of the few modern day jobs taht I can really really see him participating in. I also like the way that he allowed Kagome and Souta to study with him in exchange for help around the dojo. (and so he could be around Kagome more) Miroku has an interesting lifestyle. He woos them for a semester, fucks them and leaves them when he grows bored. I know that Sango will be a real challenge for him, especially since she will be in his class at school and interact with him at the dojo. Speaking of Sango - what a class load! I guess it looks totally impossible since I went the road of the hard sciences rather than the soft ones and hated hated hated my psych classes. One of the things that I think you did the best on was having Inu put Sango in a class for strength and mobility because of her shoulder. I see people everyday who have had surgery on their shoulders and try to do too much and end up redamaging them or try to do to little and have the damn things freeze up on them. You have added in a great touch of reality to the story with that tidbit. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this piece. I wonder where Sess will play in (if at all) as well as other "baddies." As usual, thanks for sharing!

Nice job! This is turning out to be an interesting and original AU. I like how things are progressing, and the characterizations are done well. The writing style is great, and diction flows very nicely. Keep up the great work.

i really enjoyed that chappie. i usually don't like AU's but i like this one. ur storyline is no where near like most i've heard. very original and i love the way the story is moving along. i can't to hear more about the four of them. jsut a thought, have u thought about putting shippo in.

Another good chapter.I really liked the backstory on Kagome and Inuyasha. It was sweet and so like them. But, it seems like Inuyasha has a lot of baggage to contend with, and Kagome will have her work cut out for her. I look forward to seeing how that all plays out. As for Miroku and Sango, the fact that she has him for class should spice things up nicely. I wonder how much control Miroku will have now?! LOL. I'm sure it's going to be interesting to find out.

I really, really like how the characters are developing. I especially like how that InuYasha has some reasonable maturity, while managing to keep his angst. You've done a nice job of bringing the characters in, keeping them pretty true to themselves, but with very different life experiences than in the canon universe. This was good to read. I look forward to the next chapter.

Your writing is as great as ever! Now I have another story to obsess over! Yay!! I love how you put the characters in a whole new enviroment but still kept their personalitys the same. I can see Inuyasha being a martial arts instructor at a dojo, and the way you wrote Sangos history, it fits well in the present time. Oh, and Miroku being a college professor with a lecherous streak (and I mean a very big streak!)was pure genius! I'll be looking forward to the next chapter!
