My only complaint (if it can even be called that) is that there wasn't much happening on the Inuyasha+Kagome front. Otherwise I liked it, Songo's reactions to Miroku give her away quite nicely, and Kagome's reaction to her scar seemed dead on. Good job. The one and only strangeness, Emily.

I like that you have focused some on Sango's physical rehab in the Dojo. It builds Inu's character and believeability as a teacher. It also helps with Sango in that she is willing to try something so odd and new.

I can't believe I didn't review this chapter yet! Anyway, AWW, cute chapter at the end. I liked how Mrs. Higurashi got to the point. Mothers always know better, right? It was cute they blush around each other. I also like how Miroku is showing some deeper feelings for Sango, despite his character. Can't wait for the next installment!

wow, once again, you've done another amazing chappie. i still can't help but wonder if you'll have sesshy pop in at some point. or kikyou and kouga, cause i know that can't have been the last of them. what about naraku? anyway, i love how the story is progressing. if this were a book, i wouldn't be able to put it down. i want to hear more about sango and kirara, and can't wait to see how her friendship with kagome will go. oh my, i just thought of something. what about shippo? do u think u might make a spot for him in this fic? that's all for now. i just sit back eagerly waiting the next chappie. kuddos. :}

Nice chapter. I nearly died when I saw the responses to Miroku's questions. LOL!! As a college professor myself, I'd have a stroke if I ever got responses like that. Heh heh! (Not to mention that when the university's webmaster browsed through them, he'd be fired in an instant, -- he's been playing fast and loose with his livelihood.) What a great way to introduce him to Sango's situation, though! And Mama Higurashi sure jumped the gun, didn't she? LOL!!! Poor Inu came to offer her daughter a job, and she throws her at him, "Take her, -- she's yours!" LOL!!! He definitely shouldn't have any doubts or fears about her rejecting him after all that. Gee, I wonder if Kagome would appreciate her mother telling the man she loves how crazy she is about him? Especially since he's made no move to initiate any sort of "relationship" with her. I have to confess, I commiserate with Inu, -- he has to wait until Sunday, and I have to wait until the next update. *sigh*

gawh! i love this story! i just started to read it 'cause i was bored and was waiting for my classes to start up again. you're managing to keep everyone in character and still making it a believable au, which i know is hard to do. keep on writting! i can't wait until the next chapter!

I liked Sango's answers to Miroku's questions. I wonder which ones were Kagome's. Inu's interaction with Mama was hillarious. I can just imagine this scene in the manga or anime. Inu woiuld get that red *O* face, fall out of the chair, and crash to the floor. His thought that he didn't do anything to screw it up during the week. is so in character. Thanks for sharing with us.

Miroku is going to learn the hard that what he sows he will reap. And Sango will be there when the other "mud" hits the fan. She and/or Kagome will hear all the rumors about Miroku's "conquests" after all he has done so many students that it's bound to get around the campus. I love this story!! I love that Inuyasha warns Miroku every chance he can to think with his "big" head and heart and not his other one. I would force him to take showers before he came near me too!! Gah!! Icky!! Shudders!! Poor Inuyasha making him smell that! The touament was awesome! Loved that Souta whooped Kouga's student!! Gods Kouga was quite the (insert various words) butt head! I loved the way Kagome had a backbone this time towards Kouga! Being wishy-washy can get rather annoying after a while! Loved the way she defended Inuyasha and his Dojo! and all the students and mothers also standing up!! I was all sniffly with joy! Kudos!! Bravo!! I was rather irritated that Miroku had to butt into Kagome and Inuyasha time but understand it's something he always does. Was a bit of a dirty trick to plop both sleeping Kagome and sleeping Inu into the same bed. Miroku the perv!! Ruined a good squish moment!! grumbles about putting a stinkweed pod on his seat or skunk under his desk.. Inuyasha is rather cute in this one! Loved the way he went to get permission from Mrs Higurashi! and the way she threw him for a loop! I love the way she treats him like a son and talks to him heart to heart!! Kagome is so mature and wonderfully delightful in this story! Sango's character is wonderful! Amazing presence! The tragedies that have made her into a such a powerful survivor! I hope she makes him crawl backwards to win her heart! Bounces happily!! Literary Goddess you are Truly Extra-Amazing!! Heee... I just pictured a scorned female hacking into the computer and getting that email Miroku put out about why take the Bhuddist course. Shudders... I wonder what the Faculity and President of the College will say once it comes clear about Miroku and his transgressions with students even if they are no longer his students (I'm wondering if he waits a proper amount of time after they stop being his student or goes for it after minutes). Or that mother he had relations with? I wonder if we'll met her again and what she would say about Miroku? Oh yea... I think Miroku is really going to pay for his activities with all those females now. Has he really started to reflect upon his actions? or is it just a passing thought? Kikyou was a right nasty piece of work in this story. I wonder if she'll appear again just to have a say at Sango because she is Kagome's friend? Looking forward to Sunday with Kagome and Inuyasha but I know that something will happen to upset the whole crew and get them all riled up and feathers ruffled!! Will Sango open up to Kagome first? How are they going to find out? Quivers with anxious energy!! Please keep up the Great and Exquisite work!! You Totally Rock!! Loves it!!

Aw, it's so cute to read Inuyasha's awkwardness. It makes him all the more human, and I mean that about all of them. Like how seriously Miroku takes his religion and job as a teacher, even though he has the most perverse reputation. Once again, I loved it! Thanx for sharin'! Reux

This has got to be one of the best Inuyasha AU stories... I love the modern take on each of the characters and their individual stories, and the way it all comes together. Each chapter has something to really catch your attention and draw you in, without collapsing into the same old cliches found in so many AUs. It's so much fun to see how things develop. I'm looking forward to more.

that was cute. and short, it seems. nothing much happened to miroku and sango but a lot of things happened to inu... a mother's permission is probably the best thing for inuyasha - since he's feeling a little bit - down. i hope you will dwell a bit of buddhism and reincarnation... i want to see your take on it
