I really enjoyed this chapter! It was very well written and I loved the characters. I could just imagine Kagome's suprise as she blasted the demon. |

Awesome update, as usual. Really wicked cool battle scene, too. I wasn't expecting it to be quite so intense. Glad Kagome was able to pull it out of the bag with concern for Sango, though I'm sure her biggest wallop will be at some point down the road when Inuyasha is in immanent peril. Things are certainly starting to pick up, now that they'll have the apartment to themselves. I wonder how long that'll really last, though. I'm sure Juromaru and Kageromaru had to check in with somebody from time to time, so it's probably only a matter of time before somebody realizes they've got 'missing'. That'll just mean they have to work fast...though I will understand if you can't always work that fast, what with 'real life' and all. Update when you can! Great job! |

Yay! This time the update is real! And really good, too. That's crazy that Sango and Miroku have to talk in notes like that and then burn them, but what else can they do? I wonder how they managed to get their message to Kaede. And you know, I didn't even make the connection myself about Inuyasha getting upset over Kouga beating him during training, but Kagome's absolutely right. In order to have wounded pride, then that means he has pride in himself once again! Yay! And I sure hope it doesn't take Kagome too long to figure out it was her determination to be strong for Inuyasha's sake that gave her her power boost. Really looking forward to seeing what happens next. |

Thank you for another great chapter! Now worried about both Inu & Kohaku! I hope Inu gets back on track for his recovery so he will be shape to take on Naraku when he finally comes out of hiding.

Yay, an update! Inuyasha's reaction actually makes sense. It was established that he never felt comfortable with people liking/praising him. Things are definitely heating up now. Can't wait to see what happens next with Inuyasha and Kagome, and of course Kohaku! Keep up the great work!

Another great (and upsetting)chapter! Poor Inu, two steps forwards and one step back. Hope he starts to make significant progress soon! He will need to be in tip top shape when Naraku makes his move.

Oh kami!!! If Kagome can get Inuyasha to remain calm long enough, they totally need to call their own press conference. He should still have enough hold as the "Savior" for the media to want to hear his side of the story. How stupid do they think people are??? The video cuts in with him crouched over Kagome's body, and they expect the population to actually believe he attacked her??? Inuyasha and Kagome should stand up before the city and call Muso out as the liar that he is. Kagome herself should state how the oni attacked them both, attacked her, and the reason Inuyasha tore into them so fiercely is because that's what he does. He protects humans from rouge youkai! Gah! I would want to go deck Muso myself after a stunt like that, but surely all is not lost, yet. Of course, holding a press conference would open him up to being under fire about his attack in Muso's office, and the alcoholic accusations, but at this point in time, it would probably be in Inuyasha's best interests to just come clean about the whole damn thing. Apologize for how he lost it at the annual whatever it was, and confess that he'd had to kill the love of his life who had betrayed him. Surely that would fuck with anyone's head. The people still love him, although now most of them might be on the fence. He needs to gain their sympathy and understanding. Of course, I'm sure you know what you're doing and have your own ideas already planned out, I'm just ranting as a concerned citizen, LOL. If I were watching that news broadcast for real, I would have never believed for a second that Inuyasha attacked his own nurse. Maybe Kagome could go before the media just by herself, a few well-placed "No comment"s, but stand by the fact that he did not attack her. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how you plan on tackling this new development in the next chapter. Of course, Sango and Miroku are always another option, who could speak on Inuyasha's behalf. Hmmm... Bah! I'll just wait and see what you decide to do next. Don't keep me waiting for too long! (please)

Yay! Thank you for updating! Muso's a total dick. Talk about being the ultimate spinmaster. >=/ And I can't say my reaction would be any better than Inuyasha's after that newscast. Also, I totally had a little internal squee! when Kagome told Inuyasha that they don't have to pretend that their potential relationship doesn't exist. So thank you for the new chapter!
