Well, that was a roller coaster! Vegeta is pissed...and Bulma certainly deserves it.

Another amazing chapter. I think it would be interesting to hear what Vegeta is thinking, for "Book Two". I think your doing a wonderful job.
It's sad to see her pour out her heart to him, then have him not beleive her. I hope both get together soon... |

Oh man! I had a feeling that would come to bite her in the ass. I'm sad to see it happen like that though. As far as pov goes, I think it would be interesting to see what's going on in Vegeta's head, but it's your story. Do it however you feel would work best. Not much help, I know. I'm permanently cursed with indecision.

I like how you write "...after the laughter swam from the air,..." it sets up nicely for the uncomfortable silence [under the stare] following...{I feel totally drawn into the moment by expressions like this. ^_^} The part I like the most is Vegeta's line about "...no amount of dinner parties..." and the lines just before it that convey he does care about her interests. {I like when he is 'tracking' *whew* they had better run! ha!}Another engaging chapter...thanks for all your work!! ^_^ |

My favorite part is when she feels a flutter in her heart as he battles his curiosity/pride...and she remembers feeling this way whenever he gets that expression on his face. I like that she realizes she may have pushed too far. It's fascinating that he is still emotionally vulnerable {concerning this issue}...he is actually a teensy bit worried here. You do a great job conveying how complicated/ and yet straightforward Vegeta is. I like when Bulma feels her stomach clench at the hurt in his voice. Thanks for another great chapter!! |

I love how she can feel his eyes on her...and I love when his cheeks burn a little at her compliment *^_^* hmmm. My favorite part is when she curls her fingers through the hair at the nape of his neck. I look forward to reading more...{I like how they are still trying to figure one another out/at the same time as they are so 'tuned-in' to one another...nice energy} |

Even got the T-shirt! I can so relate to both Bulma and Vegeta at this point, Ember. Damned pride anyway!
Of all people to point out the obvious, I would have never thought to use Cheechers. ;-) At least you made her honest and believable.
This is a very good fic so far, Ember. The angst is tearing me up inside, though. NSBVEGETA has the right idea - it's time for a reconciliation lemon! ;-) |

O_o I just don't know what to think about those two. Just when I think she's going to swallow a piece of her stubbornness and try to work things out, she finds a way to make money off of something he did. I just don't know if that's going to go over well with him. Ahh, therapy! Lock them both in a ki proof room together. Hahaha. cant' wait til next time. |

Oh man what a way to end the evening. I can see both their povs, so I'm not even gonna take sides in this one. By the way that both are reacting it almost looks like they're breaking up. Nice twist indeed! You continue to keep it interesting, intelligent and original. Not an easy thing to do with the subject of so many authors. I know ratings must be taken with a grain of salt. Many readers like a fic or want to encourage new writers and give out "10s"all over the place. I don't give "10s" easily; you earn every point. It's increasingly difficult to find good stories on either FF or Mediaminor these days and "Feeding Genius" is a sweet oasis. I can't wait for the next chapter.
