oh my goodness! this is an amazing fic! i didn't even need the ramen and pocky bribe to review. i love the way you get inside each character's head (especially inuyasha and kagome) and their own inner struggles on what's happening. for a minute there, though, i was confused as to whether inuyasha was berating himself aloud or inwardly after kagome kissed naraku. and now he has to wait to say those three words so it doesn't sound like he's just making up for leaving her alone for naraku to stumble upon.... ***applause to you*** i know i shouldn't pressure you to update, but i get antsy. this is an excellent story and i can't wait to see where it goes.

This is one of the best fanfics that ive read in a long time. I really love all the angst and the plot is really good. And I loved Kaguras conversation with kikyo. Ive been wanting someone to say that for the longest time...lol :)

oh wow, that part where kag told inu that she knew it wasn't really him that was kissing her would have been the perfect opportunity for him to tell her about the kikyou incident. they both had similar emotions going through them at the time it happened and they should be able to understand and forgive one another. inu is just too damned analytical for his own good!...did i just say inu and analytical in the same sentence? O_o the whole internal rant that inu had in the middle of the chap was priceless. hah. of course he would loathe thinking. poor guy. so torn. please post more when you can. also, good luck with the unemployment thing. i truly hope things turn out well for you. : )

I aboslutely love ur creative writing style and how you always keep me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter. You have briliant ideas and you always make the plot so life like. I just wanted to say that ur an amazing writer and you inspire me... no wonder ur writing won awards! it's because people like me really love you writing style and creativity... even though i don't write as well as you and don't even have an account w/ mediaminer, i truely enjoy your writing. All I have to say is keep up the good work and please PLEASE make more chapters! I can't wait to read the next one! Oh, gosh...I can't believe the nerve of some people. I just read Katsudoo review and I have to say that that person needs to get a serious reality check because obviously he/she hasn't read many fanfics. You work is wonderful, it beautiful even. So, please disregard that person. The whole 'Bitch' term thing has been done by many authors so he might as well be insulting a good majority of fanfic authors out there who write for Inuyasha. Its creative and very imaginitive! :D And as for the Japanese language mixed in, I think that its wonderful that a lot of people choose to mix in some Japanese terms into their fanfiction writing! I mean, it gives the piece of work a more Japanese culture feel, since originally the idea of Inuyasha is Rumiko Takahashis...and wait, she's Japanese! It allows us to not forget the roots of the story, you know? So, please don't listen to Katsudoo. Your story is awsome. Its beautiful! And don't let anyone discourage you from writing exactly how you are, just keep at it! Anyway, just wanted to say that...I'm hoping you don't feel too bad about that review that you got. Even if the person didn't intend to insult you, it sounded like a real blow. Just ignore them. Well, until next time, I wish you well in your real life! :D

This story was really really good except for a few things. The first and most minor is Japanese language mixed in. Things like hanyou which don't have quite the same punch in English aren't as bad as baka and kami. Baka adds no meaning other then the 'look, I'm using Japanese' element and kami is never used by the Japanese in an exclamtion like 'Oh god!' and is only used when in prayer or in reference to a particular god while talking to someone from what I can see. Shimatta seems to be the more accurate translation. Second, and most annoying, is the constant use of the word bitch. Bitch is the term for female dog or as an insult. Seeing as InuYasha is a dog demon, not a dog, it's not likely he would ever refer to (nor did he ever refer to either of them during the show) as 'bitch'. Kagome would be more likely to take that as the insult it is when applied to humans and smack him around for it. It's a glaring inconsistency with the character that just.........really just made the story really impossible to fully enjoy. When you start to get into the mood, when they're both being sweet or naughty with each other and then the word bitch gets thrown in...it just seems to throw the mood out the window which is a really big shame because I liked this a lot except for those points.

Heh. I don't know if i've ever reviewed this story before... or how long its been since i've read it either... but i've been really bussy lately... so yeah. It really good. Refreshingly original, but not to crazy.

Another fabulous chapter. It really made my day when I opened my email and saw that you had written another chapter for us. Kinda like a secret pal gift. Anyway, on with the review. LP has continued to be a great piece of fiction. Inu is dead on in the chapter. There was one phrase that you used to describe him, "ageless golden eyes on the face of a young, sullen boy." I had to stop there for a moment. That phrase is pretty much the best description of Inu that I've read for a while. It incorperates all the pain and torment that he has gone through, and put himself through, but still takes into account that he is young and unsure of himself and will one day grow out of it. Excellent! I enjoyed the "we want to, but we better not" relationship that is going on between Kagome and Inu. Poor frustrated kids. You do well in adding that tinge of lust into the love that they are thrown into. It is almost funny that everyone knows about inu-youkai except poor Inu. Speaking of throwing into, what a harsh trick you are playing on Kagome at the end of the chapter. How sad that the perfect deception was fooled by the fact that Inu can't just come out and tell her that he loves her. You have written Naraku well in this chapter, especially the heartless bastard side of Naraku. Thank you for writing for us. Caitriona

Woo-hoo! :D Awsome chapter! And honestly, I was so confused at the end at first...because my mind kept warring between deciding whether or not it was actually Inuyasha, os some other person, who was kissing Kagome...But, anyway, lovely chapter! I just want you to know that I for one appreciate you updating this story as much as you can, and you will never hear anything bad from me or one-liner reviews that only contain the word: 'review'. So, anyway, just take your time with the next chapter and don't stress out if it takes a little while to get out. I completely understand, besides works of beautiful fiction such as this take time to work out! :D Oh, and congrats on the winning of the two awards! Oh my God What a cliffie!!!! that was awsome!! i was so happy to see another chapter and when i read it i was even happier. i cant wait to see what inu does when he finds out what is happening with kagome right now. or is naraku keeping kag company while kikyo does something to inu? anyway that chapter was really really awsome i love your story your imagination is off the hook. so please keep up the good work and post something again soon.

wonderful new chap! the tension inu has going on between his human and youkai selves is so good. i love it. you really have inu's personality nailed. i am excited to see what naraku has in store for kag. and, i also can't wait to see what happens with sango and miro...even though they're on the back burner of the story. i hope tomorrow is a better day for you. whenever you decide to update is fine with me. i'm just happy that you plan to finish the fic. it is one of my favorites! congrats on your award. keep it up.
