Congrats for the IYFG 2Q honor!! The anime Band of Seven arc was totally WTF! Much carnage with Ch 75 - the decimated northern wolf tribe, the guardsmen and Okibi *sobs* Damn Mukotsu & Jakotsu, & their remaining brothers, right back to hell! The fortress must be in total chaos - Sesshy's gonna be 1 unhappy taiyoukai! The loss of so many has got to affect InuYasha in his role as alpha. Hopefully he'll keep his overprotectiveness in check. Thanks for another great chappie!!

As usual, the story is well written,I almost cried whenAyames Grandfather died, maybe I wasn't in the right mood to really let go, but it is good to know that the fanged fool is on the way to a happier life with Ayame, and maybe this is where Inu and Koga settle a few(?) old bad feelings! Tis unusual to find Koga keeping his trap shut, crying shame his son can't. (spiteful little shit! are you honestly sure he is Kogas'? get him angry enough and his concealing spell might just drop, and scare the heck out of him?) on another note, the following passage may read better if you replace the *IN* with *ON* Other than that, keep writing, and I keep printing. "You done in the bathroom, sis?" he asked, yawning widely and scratching his bare stomach; Kagome noted in passing that her little brother was sporting a fine set of ripped abdominals before punching him lightly in the gut. He pretended to double over, then backhanded her *IN* the butt as she shot past.

Damn, somehow I missed the last update... which was very good, BTW. They almost FUBAR the works there at the apt... whew, close call that was. Like the characterization of Jakotsu, I always thought he was rather entertaining, in his own twisted kinda way, lol. Most excellent chaps... still cant believe I missed the last one tho, lol. Till next install, update when ya can! ;)

Creepy gay zombie... I was just thinking about him yesterday. Things are really getting down into the nitty-gritty here... ALL of those guys are creepy in some way and were incredibly hard to kill. The chapter was great, as usual, and I'm looking forward to the next chapter. (paitiently, I promise)

Keh, so sorry that the last review sucked. I'm just not feeling good enough to comment on all of the usual details that gives your fic more body than most action movies, i.e., the section about Yashita's reaction to Kagome's birth. Don't think I forgot them just because I didn't comment. ^_^ Snow

Talk about angst! You are killing me here. *sobs* Poor Kagome. At least you added it on a lighter note. I love it when you ruffle Sesshoumaru's feathers. Oh, it was so sweet of him to try to re-assure her of her place in the future, even though he isn't all that certain himself. Poor Yashita. Angst, angst, angst! But good angst! Fenik made me want to cry. I just re-read the chapter and realized that it was fenik who prompted Sesshoumaru to say that Inuyasha wouldn't want to live if Kagome died. That was so bittersweet. Ooooh, I hope you do something about Koga's brat! Lord Sesshoumaru of the past sure got some revenge, but that wasn't fair. He's the one tormenting himself! Keh, maybe Sessaki knew that would happen. Can't wait to see lots of blood, guts and gore. Swords and arrows blowing things up, the clash of metal against metal, diving tenbaryou with a firecat! Oooh, so much fun to be had in the future! erm, past! LOL Great chappie! ^_^ Snow

I loved this chapter, I love the emotionalism that you evoke with it, the anger, frustration, sadness and helplessness that Kagome feels about the 'fluff' that Sess is making her do. I love the next chapter too where Sess 'joins' them by jumping down the elevator shaft to apologize. Well written and well done. D

Goro's quite the arrogant little shit! Reminds me of his father when he was younger. Lunch with Yashita was a total roller coaster of emotions. The "father-daughter" chat was good. Maybe she can replace all this negativity with hope for a good outcome. Loved the hip check Kioko nailed Kagome with. Sessaki said Naraku disappeared after the battle..shouldn't they make sure he is destroyed? Or maybe Sessaki said that so he wouldn't give too much info? I think Kagome is stronger than Midoriko so having to imprison Naraku in her heart should not be an issue. Eh?? Great chapter! Again, well worth the wait!!
