Poor Kagome, first she has to give up her dream just to make another one come true. But I'm really starting to think that maybe this is more for Hojo than for her. Don't get me wrong, I do think she wants to have a baby but it looks like it's not all kosher. Who the hell does Kikyo think she is, if Hojo didn't ask her for her opinion on anything, who is she to give it. If that was me, she would've had a nice silver platter to the face, but of course Kagome has more composure than I would in that situation. My like/hate relationship with Hojo has just escalated,kudos to him for asking Kagome to marry him but damn, how dare he ask Kagome to marry him and break my Inu's heart(pouting), hmmpff. What is he going to do? How will he maintain a "FRIENSHIP" with Kagome when he needs more. Miroku wants to take it a step further with Sango how nice. For a minute there I thought you were going to have Eri take a shot at him but whew, you didn't. Keep up the good work and I'll read ya later, sooo addicted.

When is Hobo gonna kick the bucket? I've been searching through every chappie looking for the noose that is gonna go around his neck!!! I want my favs together! Love the circle of friends by the way, but I want Hobo gone :'(

The end of this chapter was great, well not the ring but the drama and angst that Inuyasha is in. So the next chapter we will learn about what was said about her project? I was hoping for a fight that she stood Hojo up. Oh well. Let Kikyou come back and say some more bad stuff.

WoW Kagome and HoBo getting married. I expected that. I thought he would propose when she got pregnet. So what's Inuyasha going to do now? I think he should date Kikyo just to piss off Kagome.Thats some drama right there.-Oh yah I got grounded,but I just can't go anywhere, I'm under house arrest. So that means I can keep reading your story. Its my favorite one yet! Update soon1

Another great chapter! Does Hojo know about Inuyahsa's secret attraction? Also does Kikyo want Hojo? The anticipation for Kagome to realize her love for Inuyahsa is killer. Great job!

omg...poor kagome...she didnt really give an answer did she? seemed that she was more worried about who left. Kagome and hojo are seriously upsetting me with their lack of communication. i understand some couples are like that, and it never fails to piss me off. i cant wait to hear what sango has to say about ALL of this..if kagome tells her about everything...especially her thoughts about kikyou and why she didnt tell hojo what was said...and how she REALLY feels about giving up her life for a child...working mothers are successful mothers too, hojo needs to realize that, and in a way, kagome does too. seriously awesome update! i was actually just thinking about this story before i checked my email ^.^ it sure made my day.

Ah darn. No cheating for hojo. Which means, if this is to be an Inuyasha/Kagome fic in the end, there has to be something else that breaks up Kags and Hojo. Wonders what that could be. Oh, my heart broke when i read about Kagome getting engaged in front of Inuyasha. That absolutely blows, I've been in that position before. I can't wait to read the next chapter. And im impressed, i didnt see any noticable typos this chapter around. :) Keep up the good work!

It hurt my heart to read about Inuyasha's reaction to the proposal. It really hurt. That's when you know the author has life experience... My friend is getting medical treatment to get pregnant but when it comes to emotions and dealing with them, she only confindes in me. Reading this fiction and discussing it with me seems to help her find the words for the meetings with her psychiatrist, and for that, I am glad. Again, all credits to you. I am hoping that Kagome will tell Sango what Kikyo said next appointment. Telling Hojo wouldn't help, would it? Or rather, Kagome feels it wouldn't help, therefore it won't. I really want for Kagome to have a child, even if it's with Hojo in an asexual relationship - As long as they're all happy. But now everything's just so WRONG! Too many secrets, too many hidden emotions and too much at stake. I'm so glad this is a fanfiction, because in real life, this mess would not have been solved. People would stay quiet too long, secret emotions growing and nagging - and then everything would just fade out or explode, either way leaving drained or scorched victims behind. By the Goddess, how I love this story!

You're so evil. Poor Inuyasha and poor Kagome. She only loves him because she feels obligated to and a little guilty. And stupid Hojo probably only proposed because he felt threatened by Kagome's new friend Inuyasha. I hope, for Inuyasha's sake that Kagome isn't pregnant and that she becomes disillusioned to the man, and I use that term lightly, that Hojo is. He seems very sweet but he is incredibly selfish. I can't believe he left her right after the procedure. It's his kid too. Ahh too much stress, update soon.

I like this pace =) Speed things up, but not too much. You don't want readers getting bored, but you don't want everything rushed either. A fine line you tread here ^^;; Keep up the good work.

I finally got a chance to read both of your updated chapters. Very good. I liked that you added the medical vernacular in... I think it helped with the whole procedure thing. Also.. I loved your McHunky Hanyou... that made me laugh! :o) Yay for Grey's. Anyways, I love how Hojo was all into it.. saying he was sorry and blah blah blah.. and then leaves for work. Whatever. Also.. I am a little confused about Kagura.. I am thinking that Inuyasha was talking to Sesshoumaru.. but who knows. Anyways, can't wait to read more :o)
