I love the interaction between Inuyasha and Mama Higurashi. She seems like the perfect mom for Kagome, if you ask me. I can't wait for Miroku to start teaching his class with Sango and Kagome there. Hope your having fun with this one. The one and only strangeness, Emily.

This has got to be one of the best Inuyasha AU stories... I love the modern take on each of the characters and their individual stories, and the way it all comes together. Each chapter has something to really catch your attention and draw you in, without collapsing into the same old cliches found in so many AUs. It's so much fun to see how things develop. I'm looking forward to more.

that was cute. and short, it seems. nothing much happened to miroku and sango but a lot of things happened to inu... a mother's permission is probably the best thing for inuyasha - since he's feeling a little bit - down. i hope you will dwell a bit of buddhism and reincarnation... i want to see your take on it

i really like your story. I normally dont like AU's because they usally just write about teenagers in high school with hormon inbalances. I really like this because its not like that and has a really good story line. i check like four times a day for updates. keep up he good work!

Nice chapter. I can't believe that Inuyasha had just gone over to ask Kagome's mother for permission to offer her a position as an instructor! I nearly fell out of my chair! LOL. It's a good thing that Kagome's mom doesn't beat around the bush. She cut directly to the chase, which was exactly what Inuyasha needed. It was so sad how he still thinks so lowly of himself. Emotional cruelty can do more damage to someone than a beating ever could. But, Inuyasha certainly chose the right family and the right woman to help him heal. As for Miroku.....I laughed so much at some the responses he got to his questionnaire. You know that you are a complete slut when students don't give you any more respect than that when it involves legitimate work. We've all heard of the Nutty Professor, but the SLUTTY Professor?! LOL. It's funny because he did this to himself....but it's also a little bit sad that he has devalued himself that much. He's much more than just a man-whore....but he is going to have his work cut out for him proving that.

Chapter 7 was very well done. I love how Kagome's mom just got right to the point and told Inuyasha to ask her daughter out. I love how you've made Kirara smart like she is in the anime/manga. You've made all the characters personalities just like really are with just a different story line. Wonderfully done. I'm just as eager for "sunday" to come as well. keep up the terrific work. Patiently waiting for the next chapter in this fantastic epic tale. --- Amy

Nice chapter. Mrs H jumping to the conclusion that Inu was going to ask permission to marry Kags was just great! LOL Nice to see Miroku's thoughtfulness coming out. Even tho he's always such a lech he is also serious about his religion and helping people. I wonder who Sango is going to open up to first, Kagome or Miroku? Can't wait to see if Inu can keep it together til Sunday :) Inu & Kag are always that last to admit their feelings for each other! Miroku seems to have quite a rep around the campus. Bet that's gonna bite him the but before all is said and done!

I love your handle on Kagome's mom...and how well she always manages to read InuYasha's soul. As hentain as Miroku tends towards, yet he has that side that is responding to Sango, and in his friendshop witn InuYasha that shows his potential good nobleness of character. I like how his attraction to Sango is pulling the hentai layers back and letting the gold shine.

This was a lovely chapter. Like I said before, I hardly think it's an AU the way you do the characterizations so well. I like how Inuyasha and Kagome's relationship is progressing. They seem very comfortable with each other and you portray that nicely. The scene with Sango and Kirara really made me smile. Very warm-hearted, so great job with that. I look forward to your developments!

This chapter was really cute. I liked how Miroku was thinking very seriously about what he could do to impress Sango. Kagome was sweet to Inuyasha. Great job with their interactions. Sometimes I hardly feel it's an AU!

i really enjoyed the last two chapppies. i'm so happy to see Inua nd KAgs progessing. But what about Kikyou and Kouga? I know you have some kind of plans for them. I love the way you introduced Kirara. I've never seen her introduced in that way. I'm very curious as to whether or not you intend to bring Sesshoumarau into the picture. But if not, then I'm still content and happy with the way the story is going. i can't wait to see how things progress with the two soon-to-be couples

Mirkou is a Dick! how sad for Sango and Inuayasha. that's no way to live and to go from on master idiot to another master jackass. that has to be hard on Inuyasha that's not love that control and inuyasha can do better hell I almost want him to go to hell with kikyou! they both don't deserve inuyasha how about sango hooks up with him?
