Aw, such a nice chapter! Loved the Kagome/Inuyasha interaction in this one. Making her a card shark was fun! And Inu is finally really admitting his feelings for her to himself, at least, AND realizes she really cares for him, too. So sweet! I like the introduction of Kirara in Sango's life. Nice little story there. So, Inu feels like he has to get Kagome's mother's permission before he asks her to be an instructor? That seems a bit odd. We're talking about a job, not a courtship. But, Inu does have some stange ideas of propriety. LOL!! More Inu/Kag!

Pardon me while I go have a total fangirl moment. I LOVED the Inuyasha Kagome wake up part. Not only is it incredibly touching but both show a little more then they ever would while more coherent. (dam it I need to quit using big words, my spelling is bad enough that my spell check program cant tell what the hell I'm saying) *is pissed at computer* Anyways I really loved this chapter, thanks for getting it out so fast. The one and only strangeness, Emily.

I'm not usually an AU fan but I think this is really, really well done. Of course, I love your other work as well -- and I am hoping we get some good citrus sometime soon! Keep up the great work!

Quite a self-revelation for Miroku! It will be fun to see him struggle to actually attain his desire to be worthy of Sango. I'm sure Inuyasha and Kagome's budding relationship will be an inspiration to him *smirk*. Looks like Kirara had a guardian angel (or demon!) of sorts. :) Can't wait for the next chapter! *wimper* *puppy eyes* ^@@^

I was kinda lured by the title. Well, that and SplendentGoddess recommended your work, so I was curious. Usually don't dig AU's, but I really enjoyed reading this so far. Stangely enough, I really like what you've done with Miroku's character. Very realistic for him to be more of an active letch than just talk for a modern setting. But, he's still endearing in a weird way and I don't hate him yet.

i like this intro to kirara, good to see that sango wont be alone, and that if their (with miroku) relationship develops, it wont be just about loneliness because she isnt lonely any more. nice to hear miroku's regrets. but then i hope his conquests knew itwas mainly about sex ... and that he broke no hearts (i dont think so, anyway) and yes, i thought miroku is a good friend of inu. nice way to remove inu's doubts. i hope sess makes a cameo (i like sess also)

I don't care that I've said it everytime I've reviewed. This story is great. I think I see what you are planning. With Kagome as an instructor, Inuyasha gets around his rule against instructors and students dating. Slick trick chick. I look forward to the next chapter. Later.

Despite how much of an unsavory character he can be, Miroku scored some points for his sneakiness. I thought it was quite clever. And Inuyasha passing out on Miroku's little monologue is just classic. I loved it. Oh, and course, you can't have a story about Sango w/o Kirara. I really enjoyed this chapter and can't wait for more! Thanx for sharin'!

Wow. Another terrific chapter. Darn Miroku and his timing. You'd think he'd know better by now. Everything about the chapter was wonderful. It is progressing at a nice pace. But I really want I/K to get together soon. I hope they have their first date soon. I love that Kirara is now in the story. Waiting at the edge of my seat for next chapter.... *please update soon*

Another wonderful chapter! Love the IY/K interaction. So sweet to see them progressing. Looks good, looks good. Miroku, about time he began some self introspection. (Is that what I'm trying to say? Oh well.) Will be interesting to see how he develops. He has lots of potential, so no worries. Kirara! WooHoo! Can't have Sango w/o Kirara, just ain't right. Love the way this is playing out!

Kagome seems oh so innocent for 20...even for a shrine family (maybe that's cause my own family is pretty rowdy during the adolescent period.) But I like Miroku's sneaky matchmaking...But he still has the timing of a ......(insert derogory term here). But he does seem rather smitten with the lovely Sango....
