...I wont lie... It took me a minute to get the Izayoi(sp?) refernce... But anyway, I love that you're putting Yura(sp?) in it. No one uses you anymore... Can't wait for the next chapter so hurry up yo!

Another delightful chapter--the dialogue really sparkled, and I love how you're hitting the beats of the early episodes (Mistress Centipede, Yura of the Hair) while still spinning out your alternate train of events. I particularly loved the interchanges between the youkai in this chapter: "A clever man… or hanyou… could negotiate a dowry that included the object of his desires." "Congratulations on breaking your previous record of being purified by its protector; last time, several months… this time, only a matter of hours." Yay, Sesshoumaru has apparent gained a sense of humor in the intervening centuries!

nothing like a formal introduction. one can just imagine the gears turning in the girl's head. (especially since the 'hanyou' is no longer sealed to the tree) at least he's proved that he intends no harm and actually helped her and her family. ♣ i like the teasing comradery that seems to be developing with the two-- he seems more distant and businesslike- albeit, he did have something to hide.*sniggering* and nice way to introduce yura. ♥

Ooh, in comes Yura. So, seeing as Mistress Centipede has alreay made an appearance, does this mean that you're going to be following some of the major events of the anime in an AU style again, as with Pheonix Blade? If so, sweet. I personally love the way that you rewrite the anime's events. XD Another marvelous chapter!

ah hahaha love it! :D My favorite line was: "She smells fucking wonderful. Lucky I don't have my hanyou senses, or I'd be glassy-eyed and drooling." I was giggling non-stop. I am really enjoying this story so far! It's a very refreshing read, and Buyo's character is very interesting as well. Kudos! Can't wait for a new chapter!

well described. i hate when someone puts up a whole page describing everything down to the fabric and design on the throw pillows. you gave us just enough to form the basics and allowed our imaginations to fill in the details. BRAVO!! ♣ love the fact that he still wears the fire rat, just not as obviously. ♦ one wonders what he's been doing for the past couple centuries and having an interesting time imagining his life in that time. not too concerned if it has no correlation on the story. ♠ this is a wonderful new story and i will continue to eagerly anticipate more. ♥ thank you, ginny

So...the jewel is in her heart...that sucks. Poor kagome. This is going to be a really good story! Buyo is an interesting character by the way. Could she be Kirara or an OC?

Buyo's character totally rocks!! She has a marvelous sense of humor. He he. And I noticed that Yash said that Buyo wasn't her real name. So......does that mean she could be, say, Kirara? That would be quite interesting. And well, pretty awesome as well. Loved the chapter! XD
