poor kagome just can't get a break, can she? ♣ she could take a haughty attitude and ask him whether he thought she was stupid enough to carry such a sought after artifact on her person, and with only two body guards. she can explain to him that the jewel is secured in a safe and warded place under the jurisdiction of the house of the west and bluff herself a bit more time. -- or she could see if the jewel has any tricks for containing the odd human threat without hurting her nephews. ♥;

Well, Kagome can't get a break, can she? Her reaction at the end of the chapter makes me feel like she won't be a quiet or cooperative hostage. Perhaps she will discover a power within herself or the jewel that she can use? And where the hell is Sha? He'd better have a good excuse for not being there! I assume the fox doesn't yet know the jewel is inside Kagome, because otherwise, why wouldn't he just kill her and have his lackeys pick through her remains until he found it? As gory as that sounds, it's probably the smart thing to do from his perspective. Not that I hope he actually does it!

OMG! I bet they got Inuyasha! Also, I'm sure that they'll hurt the guys if Kagome doesn't go with them. What is she going to do? Get them alone then blast them with her miko energy? Gah! You've got me on the edge of me seat...as usual. ^_^ That was a nice long chapter. I like the banter, and I especially like Miss Buyo. The whole thing with grandpa was rather amusing. I wonder if Sesshoumaru is going to wait on Miss Mifune to get older. She could possibly fall in love with someone. I hope things work out for them. Poor Tsugane. I'm glad he recovered from his injuries, but now both boys have been shot. This is awful. I hope Kagome gets to kick some ass. It would probably do her a world of good.

Oh, I can't wait to see what Sesshiro has up his sleeve. He never really interacted much with the jewel in canon, so it should be interesting what you come up with. I'm glad that Sha and Kag are dating, and trying to look at the bright side of their predicament. I predict that Kagome will meditate and get in touch with Kikyou, but the latter will be difficult to persuade. But I'm not sure of anything; this story is quite unpredictable. Another fine update.

great update... nice that kagome is able to go back to school... but kinda sad that inuyasha and her can't do much as husband and wife... but sweet that they have their rings... what is up with the jewel anyway?... looks like sesshiro will do something now... what's next... update when you can... please and thank you!

I simply loved this chapter. The story keeps getting better & better each chapter. It's so depressing what's happening between Sha & Kagome, the fact they can't even touch. It's driving me nuts waiting to find out what happens next. Wondering what the right wish could possibly be. So please hurry up and update! It feels like your taking forever for your updates! As several other have said - I am in awe of not just your great writing skills and your ability to create a great plot (and it is great), but also your amazing attention to detail! I truly appreciate how do not try and Westernize everything. You are the sort of writer that inspires me to write. Having said all that - please I need some good InuYasha/Kag action soon! Don't torture us too long, you can always torture us with Sess's romancing of the newest Rin.
