I am SO happy to see that you've updated! This is absolutely my favorite...well...I guess I can call it a "series" since there's more than one story. You have such a wonderful grasp of the characters and your exploration of the realistic, day-to-day struggles in such a fantastic setting is just amazing. I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment - please try not to make us wait too long! :)

I'm so glad that you're back! This is a wonderful story. I can't wait to see how Emma deals with Yukio's age (and Inuyasha's and Kagome's), as well as see what happens when the baby's mother finallly reunites with her son. I look forward to the next chapter!

Thank the Gods Tetsu had Seen a glimpse of the events of 9/11 a day beforehand and hadn't been in New York when the planes struck the towers, otherwise he might have gotten caught up in it. As it was, when it happened no one knew that Tetsu had foreseen it and skipped town. ~~~ But isn't this supposed to be seven to ten years later than the last chapter of TLO? Was Ian born in 1997?

Wow-- that was all entertaining, and very moving at the same time. It really raised the tension in the room about 100 fold with those last words traded between Kagome and Lori. You really captured the moment. I am every bit intregued with this story as the day I started reading it-- my interest seems to rise even higher with each new chapter. Very curious to learn more about the coyote demons-- And it's still cute to see Kagome and Inuyasha be all lovey-dovey after so many years, te he he. And yes, I even still love Inuyasha's grumpiness and tenative mood swings. Thanks for a beautifully shaped chapter. I cannot wait to read more!

YES! YOU FINALLY UPDATED! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!! I love this story to death, it is great! You are a verry talented writer. I'm starting to print out "The lucky ones" so I can read it offline, I just need more ink for my printer. I've read 'the lucky ones' twice all the way through, and about six times starting from variouse places in the story. And I've read the first four chapters of this story at least 5 times. Anyways, love this story, keep up the good work!
