Oh, Sue!!! "Broken computer?" I know JUST how Ryo must feel, as well as Toga, what with my dead hard drive. I lost FIVE YEARS worth of research on that stupid thing ... and my feeling is the same as Toga's, except I did it to myself. At least I was able to refind all my bookmarks (the IMPORTANT ones anyway) and I'm back online. Please, whatever it will take to help you feel better about writing and posting, let me know and I'll help!!! I love your writing, I admire your skill and talent, I am in awe of your dedication to your loyal fans and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these little escapes into another world every time I read them. Please know that, regardless of what it takes, this is one fan that will wait PATIENTLY for updates ... the muse cannot be forced, nor can life be put on hold ... and I will relish each one, no matter how few and far between they may be. As always, thank you so much for helping me escape MY problematic life and making each day that I read an update from you a little brighter!!! :-D

I'm sorry that you've been getting those kind of reviews. I hate authors who write only for the reviews and threaten not to update until they get a certain number. That's why I really like it that you write because you want to. I hope that writing will become more fun for you!

I wanted to thank you for being open with your thoughts. There are so many stupid people out there that don't know and don't care how much work you have put into your fics. I have enjoyed reading all of the Purity series and can wait to see what your next form of action will be. You have alot of fans out there that appreciate your hard work and I hope that the fun of writing will come back to you.

I've always enjoyed your writing, even though I didn't review half as often as I ought to. You're right, there's no point in writing if you don't enjoy it. You're human, and I think most people realize that and don't begrudge you your own life, especially because we're not paying you to write. As for those who won't support you in your decision, for the people who write flames and things like 'OMG dude they have to get together NO@ idont see y u cant just write a lemon now sheesh i bet udont even rite ur own stories u just copy them n u have them all saved on ur comp', well, just don't pay attention to them. :3

Another insightful chapter, Miss Sue, thanks! And as a reader, and fellow author, I just want to let you know I agree with your 'write what i want, when i want' note. I, for one, love reading your stories and could quite honestly care less about how often you update... only that you please finish the story ^_^ I've seen too many good stories dropped, but I also understand that there may be circumstances we readers are unaware of that prevent authors from finishing. Anything from tragedy to simple writer's block. But again, wonderful work and I hope to read more whenever you post again.

I don't think I've reviewed for any of the Purity stories but I just wanted to tell you that they are all wonderful. Reviewers who have nothing better to do than harrass the authors should be given a taste of their own medicine. You are a fantastic writer...one of the best I've ever read and I hope that the obsessive fans don't stop you from writing, even if you do it for yourself. On the same note, do what makes YOU happy..not just us fans.

LOL....Ryomaru broke a computer...Like uncle like nephew (speaking from Chronicles when Sesshomaru hacked that computer with Tetsusaiga....well, Sue, if that's what it takes to make you feel like continuing to write, which I hope it works, then I'm all for it...as long as you continue to write, than I can wait for the chapters....and I don't understand, if you're not human then what are you? It makes no sense that people assume that you are not human, what else could you be? There's no youkai or aliens. Baka people!!!

wow...ryo may be finally starting to accept the depth of his own feelings. Perhaps once Ryo is fully able to admit to himself how he feels about Nez, she will be able to shake some of the insecurites that she has been harboring. It's kinda hard to see such a tough woman feeling so insecure. Thank you for sharing yet another wonderful chappie with the world!

I completely understand that you need some time off, please, take as much as you need. i'm sorry to hear about the reviews that you've recieved but i just also want to compliment on u urself as an author...you do a fabulous job in ur writing but its also something that i guess you need to enjoy in order to write the stories...i understand that you have a life that doesnt revolve around fanfics just like the rest of us but i just want you to know that even though you wouldnt be updating as frequently as you used to i'll still be reading this wonderful fic i am by far the most amazed on how u did a daily update every week...not many authors can do that and it is pretty much sad that you get bad reviews when you update as frequently as you do and how your writing is by far very beautiful...SO THANK YOU!!

Hi sue, I agree with you that you should have joy in what you are doing. I am sorry that you were upset by some of the reviewer's comments. But I just wanted to share how much I enjoy your writing. I have read most of your fics and besides a few other writers, your fics are the ones I love to read. Your writing brings me great joy and help me forget my problems. Three years ago I had an accident at work and no longer can do many of the physical activities I enjoy. So since it is hard for me to walk or stand, the only activity I can do right now is write, watch tv, or read fan fics. I am sorry you wont be updating as much and that is okay, but I will be looking forward to when you do post. Also did I understand correctly that you have published other works? If so can you please send me the list via email because I would love to read your others written works. Thanks again for some great writing that brings me such pleasure and enjoyment. Joyce F
