I've read fics before, hundreds upon hundreds in fact, but never have any struck me as much as yours have. I haven't commented before because I hardly thought that you would need my simple words of praise. Your talent is absolutely magnificent, and having grown up with the series in Japanese, I must say you do justice and then some (tons in fact) to it's roots and there otherwise. I look forward to you posting, and is often times the highlight of my day. The imagery you use in your fics is so intense, that I've actually felt the prickling of tears that no movie has ever been able to bring out in me. The relationships between the characters, and the characters themselves are so developed, it's unlike any fic I've ever had the pleasure of reading. I'm glad to see that someone with your caliber of writing is blessing MM.org/FF.net with your gifts. I'd like to thank you for the gifts you have given to all your readers (even if some aren't quite capable of appreciating it, they will some day. Then they'll feel like complete asses for ever have been stupid enough to say inconsiderate things to you)and for making the moments that I take out of my day to read other people's work a) worth while and b) fan-fucking-tastic! It seems to me that Nez and Ryo are allot alike, exspecialy in the aspect of not being to voice thier feelings. If Nez's idea does not work thier gonna be stuck like this forever.

This is another first-rate chapter. I especially love the mental "conversations" between Ryo and his youkai (in last chapter), and Nez and her subconscious 9in this one).

I have a feeling that right when Nez is about to leave the room Ryo will wake up and tell her to come back. But then again, I may be wrong...whatever the outcome, it doesn't change how great this story is...but then again it does cause it just gets better and better.

Yay! Some progress in the relationsip! You have no idea how happy you've made me...*sniff* I loved the sunset scene, it was soooooo cute. I was giggling by the end of it, it was incredibly sweet. I cannot wait for the next chapter, to see how Ryo reacts to the box...So I hope you can update again soon!

omg...nez if finally take a chance at finally revealing her feelings omg..finally!next...and in a way ryo showed his feelings too by bringing nez to the god tree where his mother and father watch sunsets...*sigh* thats where everything started...i wanna see what happens next...i hope both of them start telling their feelings soon...

Wow! Nez-no Deirdre is finally taking that chance she's always been afraid of; risking her heart. It's a big step for her, but Ryomaru is worth it. When Ryo took her out to watch the sunset and showed how upset and concerned he was about 'them', I didn't know if I wanted to cry or just hug the stuffing out of a pillow. -- Sue, you play the strings of the heart like a master musician; plucking out the tune and interweaving two separate melodies into a beautiful harmony until the 'listener' can only sit back, allow the music to swirl around them dizzily while they try to remember how to breathe. I am in awe. Each new chapter becomes my favorite one...until you reveal the next. - Michelle

yeah!! time to list the good things about your stories, the duality of personalities(the inner voice outer voice thing), the depth of the characters(man i give high regard to how detailed the reasoning is behind every action in your stories), your amazing ability to capture my attention on even normal things(like a cats meowing and normal activities), your amazing ability to never have any mispelled words or miss used grammer(though i guess that's a thing to love about your betas tell them thanx for me), and the overall-ness to your purity stories(even when you haven't finished one, the next one connects back all over the place, all the sequals sre like zeroing in on the way one persons life turned out from Purity one, and i love it)i've always wished other authors would do that, and well just the storylines themselves, they may have been used before but you grab them and twist and turn and meld them till they're completly original(that's an amazing talant *looks at you whishfully*) i think if i had come along a bit sooner i'd be in the same boat as your betas(still not sure if i'm lucky or unlucky about not being here soon enough to be caught) i hope you update asap, and i hope you keep writing for as long as you can(or at least as long as i can read the words) you're a wonderful writer, and your stories are captivating, please keep it up(and update asap), Zirra

What a nice touch, bringing her to the godtree to watch the sunset. Like father, like son. That was so sweet. Thank you for the lovely chapter. It ws a nice treat as I wasn't expecting an update today. This was doubly appreciated because I spent the day alternating between administering karate tests to small children and dragging 18 years worth of junk up from my basement for a yard sale. For many years whenever I couldn't decide whether or not to get rid of something, I'd put it in the basement. Dang it, when I went down this morning it was all still there. In 18 long years, not a single item left under its own power. Sigh. Thanks for giving me something fun to do for a moment. I deeply appreciate your work! Hey, I wonder how much junk a youki or hanyou accumulate in their basement. They live forever. That's a lot of time to acquire possessions. "Honey, have you seen the fondue pot?" "Yes dear, it's in the cellar next to the pile of Renaissance art." Grin. I feel better now.
