Chapter 70 is so great. I'm really enjoying getting to know the inuyokai characters. Nice touches of tenderness between both pairs too. I hope Gitoumaru is over Kagome enough that he isn't seeing her mother as a substitute. Somebody has GOT to do fanart of Inuyasha with the top knot and his father's kimono.

Hmmm... interesting turn of events, it seems. After the horrendous battle with a nasty ass snake, Sess does things that even surprises himself. And I was wondering what Inu was going to do regarding his sword. Now, will Sess take it? Excellent Chapters. Update when ya can! ;)

I love your portrail of Kagome, I haven't had this much fun with a character with attitude in a long time. Most people who write her with an attitude write her with a huge chip on her shoulder, you however make her attitude fun yet down to earth. Thanks D

Pfffft...Miroku's a salt lick! (ch. 58) Ok, now that THAT's out of the way... Great story! I love the whole "Inuyasha exists in the past and present" thing--always wondered how that would work out. I also love the subconscious thoughts (i.e. Inuyasha with demon side, Kagome with Fenik and Midoriko. Very original story line--sure, it's based off Takahashi's, but it is also entirely own. You brought everything together nicely and in your own timing, what with the complexities of Sesshomaru, court/army life and the emperor, Inuyasha's "inner demon", etc. I was very pleased with how you made Kagome a warrior instead of the helpless victim she ends up as in so many other stories. The only thing with Spelling/Grammar is some formatting issues in one chapter and the words running together in the bold titles. Keep up the good work!

I have to say this took me a week to read and it was well worth it. You are a great writer, you captured your audience and kept them wanting more. I can't wait until the next update.

One of these days I'm going to get to review this story right after I read it while all my comments and questions are fresh on my mind. Splended chapter, as all ways. And the chapter I've been waiting for is closing near. I knew if I waited nicely it would come. I have been dying to know what happened when Inuyasha and Kagome were first...presented to the court. Since Kagome is has already had a pratice run (in the future no less) I'm sure she'll be the one making Inuyasha calm down. How weird is that? Since he had to do the same for her. Sometimes I re-read the previous chapters and those cryptic conversations make so much since (after I see what they already know). Sometimes I have ideas on it and other times I don't even bother to try and decode them. I don't see how Kagome hasn't yanked her hair out when trying to decipher them. And I went along with the assumption that Sess has both arms. If I'm wrong let me know. Oh this question has been burning in me for a while. Do you send Shippo off during fights because it is the easiest way to explain why the horses aren't there or because you secretly believe that "children" should not see the fighting that they do? And I am so dumb. I've just recently become aware as to why the vapors on the sword are both red and green. *smacks forehead* Don't tell anybody. Sess is so terrible. Exploting Kagome's power when she'd not even awake to enjoy it. I'm sure she would have been more than welcome to walk around with Fenik in spectural doggie form snarling at everyone that opposed to her being there. Fenik...that boy is pushing his luck. Inuyasha would crack him into a zillion pieces if he knew that he was kissing and hugging Kagome like that! Kagome better not let it slip. And Rin with her innocence. Things have a different meaning when kids say them. Any other poor sould would have been struck down for saying such words. True or not. I'm happy Git is there for Kag. It must be hard for him to know that such a powerful friend has been injuried this bad. Well I guess I should stop rambling now. I look forward to your update and seeing how you spend the events/battles/bad guys that I KNOW must happen/appear. This is so exciting. It's like...watching the show for the first time I guess...
