When Pegasus created the 9 Greek Weapon cards, he never imagined the danger they could bring. If not stopped, the 9 will unleash a power locked away for long ago.

Now, Yugi and co must race to regain them from the Legendary 8, the first masters of duel monsters.

Along the way, they'll meet Seto's long lost sister and the family and friends of some of their form opponents. Then there is the mysterious government agent named Kevin, who is on their tail and after the cards as well. But none compare to the billionaire Geno Roads, the teacher of Seto Kaiba. Geno is also after the cards, and more so...Yami's life. As Yugi and his friends collect more cards, Geno begins to pull together some of their worst enemies, and in the end, the groups will face off in battle at the very gates Yugi and Yami are trying to close.

Enter a world where the past affects the future, where even the memories of the Nameless Pharaoh can't be trusted. A world where the gods are merely tools, and the Duelist is king.
