Yay! New chapter! Interesting interaction with Hiei there. Loved the dragon auras. I'm very curious about the pain, though -- something to do with Naraku's soul in the jewel? I still hope you're adding Hiei into the mix -- I'd love to see him and Youko have a heart-to-heart over her. (Ha!) I had been hoping she would help retrieve the other body, but I guess if she has to find a job...lol! Job ideas: misunderstanding an ad from the university's art department, she becomes a nude model? An escort at an upscale men's club? Champion for justice -- she's going to be bored in this "normal" life, right? --policewoman? Martial arts instructor? (Surely she's learned something all those years!) Bodyguard to some gorgeous dude? (Wouldn't THAT tick Youko off?) Exorcist for other shrines/temples needing demons/ghosts purified? I can't wait to see what you have in mind! Naturally, she should be shoe-in for SD, but apparently Koenma's not supposed to have her do that, ne? Can't wait to find out what's behind THAT. Please write more SOON!

What she can't work with the Spirit Detectives? If someone from her "past" owns their own company, they could offer her a job. Maybe working at a bar, or waitress, or even a bookstore or magic store. (Just thought of that one, since I'm watching/listening to Buffy). Who will win the hand of the fair Kagome? I still think all four of them would be good for her. So Koenma has been watching over Kagome since she was born? Does anyone else knew that? If they don't how will they react? Please update ASAP

TOO GOOD! I love the way this story is set up! The way you closed off the past worked well, and I love the adventure/mission set up for Kagome with the Spirit Detectives in the present. Nice touch that it concerns something so personal to them as getting Kurama's body back. Not sure what pairing(s) you have in mind, but if you were going for yuske/Kagome/kurama, might as well throw Hiei into the mix, ne? I hope you get a chance to post the next chapter SOON, becuase I'm betting restoring Hiei will turn out to be some kind of kiss. Interesting twist throwing rin in as a taijiya. How'd she live so long? Not so sure I want to find out who Inuyasha ended up with -- if he's not with kagome or getting his nose rubbed in it for not choosing her, I always prefer he just end up alone. (Yes, I'm just that way.) Whatever you have planned, I'll be watching anxiously for your next posting! Great story so far!!
