If Kagome having a voice in her head like Sesshoumaru (or other demons I suppose) was the twist I was supposed to catch... then I didn't see it coming. Maybe I would have if I had thought about Kagome's demon characteristics a little more, but I didn't and there were no clues in the previous chapter. I think it's cool and it does make me wonder about her father and just what he is... but I'm not going to rack my brain on that because I can't see any real leads... I'll just sit back and be informed when the time comes. Great chapter by the way. I don't know why, but Souta's impression of Sesshoumaru's interest in the ceiling was particularly entertaining. I read part of the chapter and was interrupted, so the early part of the chapter isn't fresh in my mind to comment on, although it was good and quite interesting... I get the feeling that Hojo only escaped only so he wouldn't be shut down and not be able to try again... If you kill off Kouga, then there is no way you could convince me that Hojo isn't his reincarnation... Actually I think Hojo is a step down form Kouga... Ok ok, I'll let you develop the character as you see fit and I'll hold my judgment until then. I wonder if the girls will notice that Sesshoumaru is missing an arm... It didn't seem like they have yet... they would have most definitely mentioned it. ...speaking of witch, From your note it looks like the arm return is coming up soon... and if they did notice, how are they going to explain it's return... I don't think calling it a prosthetic would be a plausible explanation. I look forward to the next chapters it looks like things will be interesting.

I was just curious about sesshoumaru's arm? Sometimes it seems like he has both, others it seems like he has one, like when kagome refers to "his arm" but whe he was trying on clothes it makes it seem like he has both, an im pritty sure he couldnt play video games with one arm....did he get it back in a past chapter and i miss it or what ????? iM soo confuesed

Super-sonic hearing would probably be really cool to have, if it weren't for the shrieking gang of high-pitched-over-excited, hormone-ridden girls!!! Of course, getting caught on the couch in the lap of a hunk of sexy man, well... I can understand their awe and excitement! Will Kagome ever tell them what's going on, I wonder? Personally, I don't think they could handle it, though a few stories I've read pulled it off decently enough. :D Anyway, top-of-the-line chappie, ol' chap! Absolutely smashing! Must kipper off to me studying now, with finals and all on the morrow! Tally-Ho!! *sparkles away leaving behind yet more cookies and chips and snacks for your dining pleasure*

*reviews here, instead of on single spark* Wow! I was away for a week, and come back to a bunch of new chapters! *does the happy dance* I liked the last few chapters very much. I really like how Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru have become so close. And finally Sango and Miroku are getting somewhere too! It's interesting to read about Sesshoumaru in modern day Tokyo. Can't wait to 'see' him out on the streets! ;) Oh, and I have a suggestion for a t-shirt for him. How about one that says "I'm not deaf, I'm just ignoring you"? My husband owns a similar one (but it's written in Swedish of course), and I think it would fit Sesshoumaru well. XD Oh, and thanks for choosing my command for Sesshoumaru! Made me very happy. :D By the way, I'm working on some fanart for the early chapters. I'll let you know when it's done. ;)

I got behind on chapters again, so that is why I did not give you individual reviews for the last chapter and this chapter. Both are great! Kouga finally showed up, but Kagome was gone. That should prove most entertaining. It was pretty cute how the pack all got ready for Kouga's arrival. OK, cute is not the right word. Very efficient and cohesive (and cute). In the future, Hojo shows up. Why oh why can't Kagome just say I am engaged to Sesshoumaru, here he is. Now you are going to die. I am still enjoying the story very much. Jean aka Maddie50

Why, o why won't anyone write Kagome just telling the boys who are interested in her flat out that she is not interested in them? I mean, it's not like she has to hold back because she needs to keep her options open. She's got a man who is madly in love with her. Give her a backbone and make her introduce Sessh as her fiance. It will help prep her for Kouga back in the Feudal times. Oh, and in case you can't tell, this is a positive review because I don't go all nutty and start talking about storylines and plots unless the story has fully drawn me in. It's like, you don't yell at a tv show unless you really enjoy it. Cheers! And I can't wait for more!

Wow. Boy doesn't know when to quit, does he? (Hojo that is, though Kouga could catch a clue or two as well.) Poor Hojo. Poor, poor Hojo. Does he not realize that his life may soon be ending? How can one go through life being that dense? It should be really interesting reading though. Sesshoumaru in the modern era should be good. Even though to be honest, I'm already snickering about when they get back to the feudal era and run into Kouga. As usual, this was a great chapter. Your writing technique is superb. Update as soon as you can.

Since ASS is down, and therefore your reviews, I will post my five cents worth. Firstly, thankyou for a lovely story, it is highly original, well written, with only the American spelling stuffing me up. And if I ever print it out, it is safe at the moment for my daughter to read. Yes I have found you in the four main fic areas I read, so I was content that I could always get an update. Every so often I will re-read the story, and sometimes come up with things I have missed. Please keep going, as it saddens me to read so many good fics, only to have them fizzle out without a reason or update. till next update Rosemarie
