Man this chapter had pizazz, heart pounding action, fuzzy fluff and puff, heelarious in character squabbling, something we've been hoping for and a tease to send it home. It sure was satisfying reading this today, kind of like good food satisfying.

WooHoo! So much action. One fried kitsune, Rin moves in, Kagome nearly blows down a building, and hot, hot foreplay. ^_^ I'm so glad that the boys were okay. So glad that things are better with the jewel, but still no hot sex! *stomps foot* LOL Great chapter. Loved Sesshoumaru's gentleness with Rin's emotions. He's being so patient. ^_^

great update... lots of happenings occurred... seems that kagome is making progress with the jewel but still not good enough for sha to get close... looks like karin will be staying with the house of the west now too... what's next... update when you can... please and thank you!

This story is wonderful, I love reading it. I love reading your work, it really paints a picture in my mind. I have also read The Pheonix Blade: Time Lapse, which by the way is my favourite story of all time. I am sorry that your friend has passed on, I first heard of Neko's passing when I read the most recent chapter of Hearts Landfill(wonderful story also, should check it out if you haven't).

NOOOO!!!!!! ive been reading this story for the past couple of days in my spare time. and its become addicting to me. and then i got to the last chapter, and went to hit the "next" button, so i could read more only to find out ITS NOT THERE!!!!!! :'( im so sad! this is such an awesome story and i was dreading coming up to the part where I couldnt go on! PLease please please update soon! this is an amazing story and i absolutely LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely one of the best ive read :) So keep up the great work!!!!!!!

poor kagome just can't get a break, can she? ♣ she could take a haughty attitude and ask him whether he thought she was stupid enough to carry such a sought after artifact on her person, and with only two body guards. she can explain to him that the jewel is secured in a safe and warded place under the jurisdiction of the house of the west and bluff herself a bit more time. -- or she could see if the jewel has any tricks for containing the odd human threat without hurting her nephews. ♥;

Well, Kagome can't get a break, can she? Her reaction at the end of the chapter makes me feel like she won't be a quiet or cooperative hostage. Perhaps she will discover a power within herself or the jewel that she can use? And where the hell is Sha? He'd better have a good excuse for not being there! I assume the fox doesn't yet know the jewel is inside Kagome, because otherwise, why wouldn't he just kill her and have his lackeys pick through her remains until he found it? As gory as that sounds, it's probably the smart thing to do from his perspective. Not that I hope he actually does it!

OMG! I bet they got Inuyasha! Also, I'm sure that they'll hurt the guys if Kagome doesn't go with them. What is she going to do? Get them alone then blast them with her miko energy? Gah! You've got me on the edge of me seat...as usual. ^_^ That was a nice long chapter. I like the banter, and I especially like Miss Buyo. The whole thing with grandpa was rather amusing. I wonder if Sesshoumaru is going to wait on Miss Mifune to get older. She could possibly fall in love with someone. I hope things work out for them. Poor Tsugane. I'm glad he recovered from his injuries, but now both boys have been shot. This is awful. I hope Kagome gets to kick some ass. It would probably do her a world of good.

Oh, I can't wait to see what Sesshiro has up his sleeve. He never really interacted much with the jewel in canon, so it should be interesting what you come up with. I'm glad that Sha and Kag are dating, and trying to look at the bright side of their predicament. I predict that Kagome will meditate and get in touch with Kikyou, but the latter will be difficult to persuade. But I'm not sure of anything; this story is quite unpredictable. Another fine update.
