That was by far the most heart renching chapter so far!!! So the Reverend was the bully that threw the doll on the roof? I feel bad for him having to live with the fact that he caused the doll to be on the roof. He didn't cause her death, but as a child he must have blamed himself completely. I love that he gave her the doll back. Nez may not have been able to cry at first, but I had no problem with that. Such a sad story. Keep up the good work and again thanks for sharing your wonderful talent with us!

That was so sweet. The Reverend must have been carrying the burden of guilt for such a long time. I hope that Nez feels better and be able to move forward. It would be interesting to see Ryo and Nez with children... err.. pups. They could practice on Toga and Seirra's pup and then decide. :)

*sob* Oh, I hadn't expected that. I knew that Ryo and Nez would be visiting her mother's grave, but meeting Billy just pushed me off that emotional edge, too. I'm glad that he and Nez got the chance to forgive and hopefully, be able to move past this horrific event. I don't even know what else to say. This was an amazing chapter. I got a few chuckles (from the baby discussion - heh) and a whole lot of tears. Amazing.

*sniffles* I can see that this tale is coming to a close, and it has been an amazing ride. I feel like I've really gotten to know Ryo and Nez. Having young Billy become the pastor who looks after Nez's mom was so touching, this was a beautiful chapter, and I'm happy that Nez was finally given some measure of peace concerning her mother's death. Nez, I am so proud of this character, watching her grow and develop is like seeing a friend become what they can be, more than what they already were. She has grown so much through this relationship with Ryo, and Ryo has matured so much, reading this story has really just made me feel good. I'll be sad to see it end. Thank you sue. ~futekioosha~
