This story just keeps getting better! I'm very impressed with the way you handled the hiei/kagome interaction. Hiei wasn't too friendly, and kagome wasn't ridiculously trusting. I believe i've said this before, but your characterization is some of the best i've seen. Especially given the sudden influx of bad!fics that have been appearing lately, your fic offers a refreshing respite. I'm glad to hear you plan to continue this pace of updating. In order to keep your muse happy, i volunteer to act as a professional bodyguard, and supplement her/his salary with *digs through pockets* 23 cents, two hair ties and a piece of dentyne ice. But anyway, you're doing a superb job. Keep it up!

I envy you. Your chapters just keep coming and coming. If I had your stamina all my stories would be done. Of course, I am also enjoying your story! It's so exciting and gripping! I can't wait for Kurama and Kagome to meet. And can't forget Hiei having a little secret. hehe. Keep the chapters coming, no pressure ^^ You rock!

I love it! I can't wait to read more! Poor Kagome. I hope that she isn't too laid up and can't move because of her ribs. I am wondering how the initial meeting of Kagome and Kurama is going to happen. Will Hiei be there as well? What about Inuyasha? So many things happening at once!

I simply get drawn into your writing; the story is definitively one of the best I've seen... I liked the new chapters; I really like how Hiei once interacted with her- I've seen Kurama do so in the feudal era, but it was never at all plausible or swallowable. Yours worked perfectly. I'm impressed. Again. I look forward to your next updates!

I very much enjoyed this story; in general I loathe YYH-IY crossovers based before the end of the shard quest, but this was incredible. I'm very much impressed at your characterizations, and I commend your ability to avoid the obnoxious cliches and pitfalls the majority of authors seem to be making these days. It's so hard to find good Kag/Kur fics! I was ecstatic to read yours. It's very good. I do hope you continue!

That angry aura Rabid was talking about? My compter had it too. An angry youko is *scary*! But again, like rabid, i'm glad to see you developing his character past the cliche blithe and egocentric kitsune he is in most stories. Hey, should we keep expecting such amazingly prompt updates, or is this just a temporary gift? Well, either way, i eagerly await each and every chapter. If i must wait a thousand summers, i will keep your story on my favorites list, scouring my inbox at each sunrise and set, waiting for that magnificent subject line: [MM.org - FanFiction] New chapter added to 'Commitments Made In Blood'. Alas I do not have AIM. But I slaved all day writing a one-shot... the joys of being sick. I think I've figured out waht my cat was looking at me with know the 'pay attention to me and nothing else you stupid human' glare. Which makes me think how glad I am that my head is my own... After all, I don't have to worry about making someone inside my head mad... And I can mutter comments and such without people knowing! That is one of the first times I've seen Youko get mad in a fic, mostly they have him pretty easy going, so it was startling, and I swear my computer was imitting an angry aura for a second there. In other words, it was highly realistic. Now! I'm going to go and sleep... or work on that dumb project of mine... so many choices... and I happen too be lazy. I have to agre with you about the word limit. I swear there is some sor tof sadistic pleasure involoved in getting a reviewer to type all they want to say, post it, then get cut off and forget what they were saying. THough of course, I'd find that amusing as long as it doesn't happen to me... so I shouldn't say much. Update soon! I need to mentally debate with myself what to do! Did I mention I liked this chapter? And that I hope you'll update soon?

Squeek! I'm so glad you made it so that Kagome wasn't just a sudden pop-up, you know. I don't think I mentioned that last chapter. It's been a little peeve of mine for a while, to hardly ever see a fic like this. Because.. she's at home every now and then, at least, someone isn't going to just blink and notice a power surge one time out of all the other hundreds. More than one out of a hundred fics could realize that. O_o; And I'm very rarely on IM, but I'll be sure to sign on in a little bit, and add you. All new plot ideas much be nibbled on and admired. (Or possibly not. considering it's yours, though, I'll prolly like it. You've got my curiousity up.)

I have a confession to make. I've actually been reading this story since you started posting it, but this is the first time i've reviewed. I know! I'm a horrible person and an even worse semi-obsessed fan. Well, a bit more than semi- i suppose. But, on with the review! I really like the way you are taking the time to actually build on the characters' personalities. I'm getting tired of those stories wherein Youko sees Kagome immediately decides she's his soul-mate, and they end up having hot wild smex by the end of the first pharagraph. Not that i object to the smex mind you, it's just that i am rather attached to the idea that two characters like that (esp. kagome) would take the time to get to know each other before making a move like that. Other than that, i always love the way you portray the youko/kurama relationship in your stories. You're right in saying too many people just write youko as a sex-crazed horn dog/fox. You, on the other hand, have a talent for giving his character some substance. I really enjoy that. Well, i should probably go before i miss my chem exam. I look forward to your next installment.
