I have to say, this is one of the better three years fic I've ever read. I like how you explore each character in detail. We know what they're feeling and thinking. I can't wait to read more (I have nothing constructive to offer at this time).

I love how you're writing this so far, Deb; it's so easy to plug this fic into the "three years"! As usual, I think it's the attention you give to everything that makes you stand out as such a supurb writer. For instance, Bulma's mother. Amidst the facade of a brainless twit, there's a maternal wisdom that Bulma can turn to, whether or not she realizes it. And poor, poor Yamcha! How pitiful that he used to be a key contributor in the battle against evil, and now he must face the cold hard facts that he is "only human" and the outcome of the fight with the androids will be decided by aliens.

Don't worry V/B's will always be in Vogue. Let me rephrase that, A well written V/B, such as this one, will always be in vogue. Then again you are a great writer... I love your handling of the characters. Very on point. You actually used Bunny and did so extremely well!!!!! Its hard to picture Vegeta as a "Little boy lost" but you pull it off. And Yamcha, Thank you for treating him like a human. I am looking forward to more. Thank You for writing. -El-

Oh my gosh, Deb! I love you so much right now. As far as I'm concerned B/V canon will never be over-used, over-told, or over-explored. I can't help it. I love canon too much. I feel so proud, happy, and privileged to be reading this wonderful B/V get together by you. It really is a treat. The attention to detail in this is outstanding, but I know you enjoy research almost as much as you enjoy writing, so this is no surprise. Your prose is near poetic in places, and damn, you have nailed every single character. It's a refreshing change to read a story written by someone who KNOWS the characters so well, and does them such wonderful justice. Thank you for writing this and I look impatiently forward to the next instalment.

This is wonderful! This is bloody fantastic! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my deprived heart. I was beginning to wonder where all of my B/V fics had run off to...the gay porn store perhaps? Lol. The quotes at the beginning are truly a great touch and I love the insightfulness of the chapters. The beginning of this story is very captivating , the way you begin with what seems like vegeta on a purging mission when in actuality he's on a hospital bed on earth recovering from his injuries. The way you compare the destruction of a planet to a rotten egg collapsing on itself is very effective indeed. The simile creates an image of the hot core of the planet bursting like the putRid yolk of A rotten egg. The meshing of the two different worlds; one a never-ending flashback and the other a unfamiliar reality, hieghtens the sense of Vegetas confusion and disorientation at being on Earth. I like the way you leave subtle, barely veiled hints at sinister activities that may have happened to Vegeta. For instance when you mention how vegeta despises anything cold touching his bare flesh, and later on when you say "Vegeta hated being on his back. He associated the position with being knocked down in battle. Sickness and stolen naps and sexual activity all lay a man down, debilitated him, exposed his vulnerabilities." Vegeta's abhorance for any form of submission on his part is displayed very effectivey. And even when he is remebering only ugliness and disgusting horrors you have Bulmas voice which only portrays the beauty she sees. "What long eyelashes he has! Aren't they lovely, Mama?"
