Wow! Nez-no Deirdre is finally taking that chance she's always been afraid of; risking her heart. It's a big step for her, but Ryomaru is worth it. When Ryo took her out to watch the sunset and showed how upset and concerned he was about 'them', I didn't know if I wanted to cry or just hug the stuffing out of a pillow. -- Sue, you play the strings of the heart like a master musician; plucking out the tune and interweaving two separate melodies into a beautiful harmony until the 'listener' can only sit back, allow the music to swirl around them dizzily while they try to remember how to breathe. I am in awe. Each new chapter becomes my favorite one...until you reveal the next. - Michelle

yeah!! time to list the good things about your stories, the duality of personalities(the inner voice outer voice thing), the depth of the characters(man i give high regard to how detailed the reasoning is behind every action in your stories), your amazing ability to capture my attention on even normal things(like a cats meowing and normal activities), your amazing ability to never have any mispelled words or miss used grammer(though i guess that's a thing to love about your betas tell them thanx for me), and the overall-ness to your purity stories(even when you haven't finished one, the next one connects back all over the place, all the sequals sre like zeroing in on the way one persons life turned out from Purity one, and i love it)i've always wished other authors would do that, and well just the storylines themselves, they may have been used before but you grab them and twist and turn and meld them till they're completly original(that's an amazing talant *looks at you whishfully*) i think if i had come along a bit sooner i'd be in the same boat as your betas(still not sure if i'm lucky or unlucky about not being here soon enough to be caught) i hope you update asap, and i hope you keep writing for as long as you can(or at least as long as i can read the words) you're a wonderful writer, and your stories are captivating, please keep it up(and update asap), Zirra

What a nice touch, bringing her to the godtree to watch the sunset. Like father, like son. That was so sweet. Thank you for the lovely chapter. It ws a nice treat as I wasn't expecting an update today. This was doubly appreciated because I spent the day alternating between administering karate tests to small children and dragging 18 years worth of junk up from my basement for a yard sale. For many years whenever I couldn't decide whether or not to get rid of something, I'd put it in the basement. Dang it, when I went down this morning it was all still there. In 18 long years, not a single item left under its own power. Sigh. Thanks for giving me something fun to do for a moment. I deeply appreciate your work! Hey, I wonder how much junk a youki or hanyou accumulate in their basement. They live forever. That's a lot of time to acquire possessions. "Honey, have you seen the fondue pot?" "Yes dear, it's in the cellar next to the pile of Renaissance art." Grin. I feel better now.

Hmmmm. . . . . . I looked over all of your other chapters earlier (because I was bored and this story is awesome) and I have to say that this is by far your best chapter yet. I'm hoping that the chapters get even better as you go along. I think this is my favorite because it shows how Ryo cares about Nezumi in a way that most of us can only dream of in the world we live in now. It also shows how Nezumi loves Ryo, when they were in the tree talking. It made me tear up a little bit because it reminded me of when InuYasha took Kagome up there so mamy times. If you ask me, Ryo resembles InuYasha a bit more than Kichiro does, because of his attitude and protectiveness. . . . .and jealousy, too. But I can't say for sure because I haven't seen THAT much of Kich. Well, I just wanted to say you are getting more creative each and every single time you update and I hope to see you soon!

Hello, I know you get a lot of reviews and mine is probably like all the rest. I've only reviewd to you twice but that was on another account. I read your one message board about how reviewers treat you and it made me feel so bad for you that I had to send a review. Though I have sent you reviews before there are some things I left out. Every time you review it lights my day up, your stories are funny, sad, intelligent, and so much mroe I can't put into words. I love reading your stories and I'll continue as long as you are kind enough to post them. Personally I can live without lemon as it annoys me whn writers write sex too soon or too much or for no reason. Everyday I look forward to a chapter but I'm never pset if it doesn't come that day because I know ho busy you are. Your stories make me happy and they help me get through some things are relax. My mom has breast cancer and my parents are getting a divorce and college is crazy so reading them just helps me relax. They're so well written it's like I'm actually a character in the story and so it's like I'm someone else for just a few minutes. Thank you so much Sueric.

Anyway thats enough of me on my soap box I have a question I can't remember whats in the box? I know there are pictures and I know there are tickets I think from the dance he took her to so he could get that other girl but is there anything else? Great story I love these characters Ryo and Nez rule.

This chapter just rules!!!! It points out all the things that some of your reviewers seem to not get at times. Ryomaru realizes how he has treated Nez their whole lives, that his youkai picked her from the time they were pretty much children and he realizes why she is dressing the way she did with the well... dress. It blows my mind and frankly makes me angry when people say they don't like Nez. I find it hard to believe that people adopt the blame it on the victim mentality at times I hope that this chapter helps to drive home Nez's reasoning for being so slow to trust Ryo. It is obvious to me that in this story Ryomaru has really not treated Nez as well as he should have in the past. I mean the guy has used her to get to other girls, he's put her life in danger with the whole river incident. I realize people can argue that he didn't mean to but how selfish is that? Sure he honestly didn't mean for her to be hurt but he still used her and if he had not only been thinking about himself he would have realized that it was not a smart idea to send her out in the weather. It's no wonder the girl has such an incredibly hard time trusting him. To top if off she knows him almost better then she knows herself she has seen him chase girls, only for the chase, once it's over he drops them flat!!! First. Sue thank you for answering my questions. I'll explain another time why I asked if you had anything published. But let me review this beautifully written chapter. You know just when I think I have Ryo completely figured out ( being a rough and tough like Inuyasha), you come out with showing a very sweet caring and sensitive side of him. WOW!! I love how you portray these two characters nez and ryo. don't know how you do it but you make the characters so real its like you can just reach out and touch them. thanks ever so for a wonderful chapter and have a really nice weekend. J
