Oh, I feel so terrible for him! He worked so hard and got his hopes dashed. This was a really good chapter. I think the outfit was amazing. Don't you dare conclude this story until he has all he never dared to dream of! That bitch that ratted on him and the bastard that sponsored the contest should be shredded lengthwise and tied up in bows together. Ok, I'm done. I'll be waiting for the next.

Mmm... every time I see an update for this story in my inbox I get so excited... and you never disappoint! Poor Inuyasha... have I mentioned how much I love your characterization of him? I know we were all rooting for him, and it was heartwrenching when he got shot down yet again. Haha hang in there Inu. Thanks for writing!

What. An. Ass. !!! But you know, I kinda saw this coming, but I still want to go tear his head off. Poor IY. But go Kagome, and Mrs H! Love her, she is the most wonderful mom, isn't she? Gotta love her. But will anything, aside from K, go right for our hanyou? How much more can he take? Just how much 'saving' can Kagome do, at some point he's going to have to step out for himself. I really love this story, it runs me through all the emotions every time. Excellent job!

wowwwww, i loved this chapter soooo much, first of all i love that u update, instead of forgetting this story for months, so i see chapters being posted relatively fast, :) thats great, secondly wow, loooveed the chapter especially the end, honestly made me feel as if i was able to do anything i wanted :) the way your showing miss hugurashi and inuyasha is great keep up with the great job

i know that in my own small piece of the world, the artist community is one of the most open minded and avant-garde. if the judges are artists his work would have the most chance of being evaluated impartially. . . i agree that jenenji's story and the fact that he wasn't considered as attractive even by his own mother had a greater impact than another pretty hanyou like shiori. the way you played that off was moving. . . my neice was picked on in kindergarten about her white and black parents and her proud response was "i'm not black and i'm not white, i'm golden brown!" her attitude was invincible. . . i hope the boy's old enough to move out soon, i would like his father see that his son is loved, accepted and admired and he and his treatment of him was wrong... i guess you're moving toward that goal too but your readers are emotionally invested in yasha's wellbeing and we want the 'happy ever after' after seeing him suffer so. ~ a pleasure, ginny

I think you should go for the contest!! Why have filler chapters when we can have exciting ones?? I really am enjoying this story, I think that thier first date was so romantic. You pen the hanyou so sweetly. Ja ne!!

Most of the time I don't particularly care for alternate universe stories, so OOC, so when I stumbled across yours I was VERY pleased. It's obvious you take a lot of time to be true to the characters as they are. I'm impressed with your interpretation of Inuyasha's father and family, very realistic and believeable. Also scary. I'm wondering though, will Shippou make an appearance? He's just so damn cute and even though in the anime and manga is a bit of a friendly rival for Kagome's affections and a pain in the neck to Inuyasha I really enjoy his character. Other than that keep up the *awesome* work! (It's pretty obvious you work damned hard on this and I certainly appriciate it.)

Funny how I was thinking about this in the morning and I go online to see that there's a new chapter! YAY! I've been waiting so long! Aw well, you're killing me woman with this! Every chapter there is something new. Now I'm wondering if Jenenji and Inuyasha will meet again and what will he paint for the contest? Also, I can't believe Jeneji's mother! Of course I know that she's looking for the saftey of her son, but still! Excuse my language but, what a b!#ch. I'm so glad that Inuyasha made his way to the second stage of the contest. Hope he wins! I knew that Kagome would submit her own picture! really insightful chapter and I cant' wait for the next. Thanks. Jian.

AWWW...so cute....i like how u put jinenji into the story...was so sweet....i feel bad tho.....his only friend back then lost b/c his mother was closed minded and a bitch.....at first when u wrote blue eyes i thought it was kouga...i was like...DAMN.....lol. anywho.....i like how he and kags are getting along and how she's guiding him to grow into such a sweet and caring person....LOVE IT.....write next chappie soon please and thank you! ::hearts::
