i liked the chapter. i thought the beginning and ending were good, and i didn't have a problem with the middle. i thought it was pretty good. i honestly didn't notice any typos, but maybe thats cause i wasn't looking...idk. but overall, i liked the chapter, and i think you should continue. thanks for writing!

i loved the middle of this chapter. it was just so normal boy-ish. it's about time there was some normality in inuyasha's life. i think you captured the spirit of high school guys hanging out perfectly. the whole kikyo thing mad me sad and mad, but that was the intent, wasn't it....to have the reader feel the emotions that motivate the characters? i just love this story, and where you are taking it. thanks

Is good to see IY gaining friends, and admitting his feelings. Gotta start sometime, right? Who knows, the time with Miroku may teach him some things, both about himself and the world, that will help him with Kagome, as well as himself. I like this chapter, a break in all the angst.

ok, so i finally got caught up. all i can say is this is one amazing story. the emotions that you have put me through, as a reader, are so overpowering. all i want to do is find that poor boy a safe place to live. i like the pace you've set. it's not unrealistic. and the development of the relationship between inuyasha and kagome is believable, and so cute. now i will have to wait for updates. thank you for sharing this with us.

That was so awesome and adorable and beautiful and sweet and just so good! I loved that chapter so much! I can't help but wondering about that promise Inuyasha made to Kagome, about going to her whenever his father beats him! I mean, will he go to her? I can't wait for the next chapter; I'm so excited about what will end up happening! Every chapter just gets better and better, I can hardly take it! You are doing an awesome job (and I'm sorry you vomited, that must have sucked, but I hope you won!) and I hope you update soon!

yeah, it's great to see yasha happy! . . . i wonder if his old man would do if higarashi-san would offer to take him in until he was self supporting? if he would freak if he knew yash had real friends? . . . a moving and scary/happy emotional roller coaster, i fear for the boy when he gets home. ~ thank you, ginny

Another great chapter! I'm glad Kagome finally knows... I hope Inuyasha moves into the shrine ASAP :D. Also, I appreciate the speedy updates!! Do you have any idea of how many chapters you're aiming for?

Advice read and taken; never touched any hot sauce in my life anyway ^v~. Lovely chapter, with the emotional roller coaster - I can't say I was surprised at what Kagome found when she went to his house unannounced, since it seems to happen with frightening regularity... almost every day, if I'm reading the hints right. However, I too am being taken over by the mad urge to see Mamma Higurashi lay Taisho across her knees and give him a good round of Medieval Spiked Mallet Spanking(TM). A shrine in Japan usually sustains itself pretty well finantially through the offerings, and gets maintenance aid from the state, so taking in an extra mouth, if it comes to that, wouldn't put a dent in the household's pockets. You go girl! And good luck at the IYFG!

AWW!!! So... sweet... I can almost feel my teeth rotting! Gosh, you write beautifully. And I can't fully express how much I appreciate the lack of grammatical- and spelling errors. I also love the character development; you're a very talented author.
