Oh you are so cruel to leave it there! The much awaited confrontation between Val and her father and you stop! Now I have to wait until the next update to see if any of my guesses are on or not, if Val gets asked to donate, if she qualifies, if she says yes and if it works if the previous answers are yes. And then there is Evan's reactions to any of those scenarios and how Marvin reacts to the whole situation. Why am I starting to think that Marvin dumps her when he finds out where she really comes from. He comes across as a snob so when he finds out how low Val's beginnings really are he will be horrified and ashamed. I can't wait to see what happens. |

WOW.... I've read most of your other work... I actually followed it here from FanFiction.net. You are an amazing author. I wish you would do some rewrites and have it published so I could buy the damn stories and keep them on my shelf. You really have gone out of your way with this story. Much much longer. I was actually shocked when I got this far and it wasn't complete. Keep up the good work, cant wait for the next chapter. |

Omg! Cliffhanger! Lmao. I can't believe it! It was an awesome chapter once again! By the way, Congratulations on your son graduating from high school. I can hardly wait for the next chapter! Lol. It's kind of sad how she met her family for the first time after so many years. The way you describe her family's living arrangements and her father's weakness almost made me bawl. Wonderful chapter. I'm glad that Val finally somewhat got to courage to get out of the car even if she seemed to do it subconsciously. I was wondering if it would happen in this chapter or the next one. I am anxious to see what her father's actual results are besides what we saw in this chapter, and the reactions of her mother and siblings. I am excited but will patiently await the next chapter! |

That just proved right there that he never forgot about his oldest, despite never being able to visit her when she was in foster. Did the others in the family notice the truck that had been sitting there for the past two days? And 'Valene'... will she tell them that she changed her name, or will she let it be. Thats one of those things that could really hurt her parents if she tells them her new name in the wrong way. Yes, it was a personal stab to them, but it was in the past and this is a time to regain at least a little of what was lost. More than likely, Evan's going to feel like the outsider during the next few days than not. Then again, he might be able to fit in once the subject of music is brought up. When the siblings come home from school... do they know about V (I don't know whether to call her Valerie or Valene in this situation), or is she going to be a complete stranger to her little brother and sister? Sue, you are just awesome! I love your stories, and I'm glad that I've made an account on MMorg so that I can review them. Evan is the bomb! He is funny and supportive. He has a lovable character (no wonder the girls flock to him lol), and I can't wait until V finally meets her family.
