Hi, so I have been reading your work for YEARS. And it is one of the few things that I can go back and reread and still thoroughly enjoy. I'm sorry to hear that some people have been making comments on your writing because I find your characterization of Valerie and Evan to be the easiest to relate to out of all of your characters. Anyhow, My suspicion is that some of the complaining reviews simply lack the emotional maturity? (ps. I made a media miner today just to leave you a review ^^) |

Ah, I've had to deal with the dog problem like Valerie a time or two before... but the ones I was forced to take care of were never trained properly. I don't like dogs, but I think it was a well-fitting revenge to give Munchies the Macho Mutt a pink collar and leash (and pink claw, oh, please have him with pink claw polish on)! Even if it wasn't intended, I think the dog's helping Valerie where otherwise she'd be alone to stew in her thoughts. Keep up the good work, dark |

Sueric, I just wanted to let you know I have been reading your stories for years now and I absolutely love all of them especially the purity series. Whenever i read them i honestly can say that i can see the characters in my mind and how they would act in any situation. That is how amazing you are with making the emotions and personalities of your characters. Purity 9 is one of my favorites because its more than just a romance story it has the depth that so many families go through and you aren't just giving the audience what they want but are trying to find the characters and give them the space to grow into a character that will be remembered for a long time. I've wrote a few stories myself and understand the pressures that come with trying to write a story and wanting it to be perfect for everyone whos reading it. And i just want to let you know your stories are pretty much perfect :) So keep up all the great work :) mermaidtail989 |

This is one of those suprise updates that will leave me in a fantastic mood for the rest of the day. Since I've made it my personal mission to review more often, I would just like to say that every chapter with Evan's dogs put and smile on my face and send my imagination running. I'm beyond curious about Valerie's reaction to not only the fact that Evan is a youkai, but the kind of youkai he and his family are. I can't help but think once she gets past the fact that he's not human, whatever ensues will be pretty entertaining. Jess |

There you go another chapter showing that V is important to Evan, that he takes a few minutes in the middle of his busy schedule to check on here, does Marvin do that NO! I just want to get hurry up and get V and Evan together to find out what the deal with Marvin really is... It has to be more than he is just "busy" isn't it? |

I'd just like to first start off by saying how much I love all of the Purity stories. It turns out that Purity: 9 may be my favorite one, because I see so much of myself in Valerie. I'd also like to thank you for making the characters so realistic and believable. I really enjoy watching them evolve. The chapter when Evan told Valerie about her father touched me because I was actually a victim of child abuse when I was a kid. I moved out of my father's house when I actually gathered up the courage to tell someone. Then about 5 years ago when I was 20, I found out he was really sick. I reacted the same way Valerie did, because he didn't make the effort to see me after I was taken away from him. So I never bothered to visit him, and I didn't go to his funeral the year after. I realized later that I had made a huge mistake and it killed me; still does... So, please don't let all the negativity from other readers effect you or your writing. Any person who would've gone through what Valerie went through would've reacted in a similar way. You're a brilliant person with amazing talent and I just want to thank you for bringing these characters to life in such a beautiful way. Sure, I'd love to see Evan and Valerie get together, but any person would know that delicate things like this takes time. Valerie is indeed engaged right now, so there isn't much that Evan can do besides being a good friend. I think Valerie is also very protective of herself because of her past. So, it's going to be very difficult for Evan to show her just how happy she'd be with him. That's why I'm so excited to see how close they become and how they both evolve together with each chapter you post. Awesome job :) Keep up the great work, Sue. |

I love how V is with Mucnchies, treating hi even though she call's him a stupid dog. I think she likes him :) I know Evan will help V no matter what, I can't waitto see whats he decideds in the end. |

Hey hun I'm sorry you feel that way about the story. I really love how things are unravelling so far the detail and emotional turmoil you put into this, the realism. It really is amazing to read. I get really worked up about character's and find myself rooting for them constantly . I really adored seeing V with Munchies, made me chuckle heartily too :) |

I always figured Maddy would be the one that finally brought V closer to Evan, but I was so wrong: it's Munchies! I love that V is spending money on him all while claiming to hate him. Well, maybe she does hate him and it's all for Evan, but a good dog can work wonders. I'm wondering if that last command from Evan was really an accident... |

i just thought i would leave a revew this time to tell you that i love your wrighting and i always look fowerd to each and every chapter. eventhou i love every one of the purity stories i thank i asosiate with valery easyer than i did with the other woman leads. personely i thank with the personalitys you have artfuly discribed you hit it right on the dot with how she would react. and Evan you have made me fall in fangirl love with him. this is just my 2cents but every word of it is true. please keep on wrighting and dont let anyone get you down remember haters will hate. i have read alot and i got to say your wrighting is better than alot of the published authers i see. ~kim |

This is to the people who r hating.: When u start reading a story u have to go with the flow of things. see how the story develops before ur eyes. U cnt be criticizing when the story isn't even finished anyways I thought thats what bloqs where for not the story reviews. if u dnt like something say it but dont be hating, its wrong and depressing :/ . TO u writer: I personally love ur stories. Why..for many many reasons. One of the more prominent being that ur stories are a sequence in which other writers ignore and don't do. but u have developed them into a series and each one a new theory and outcome. I congrat. u on that. If it were books I confess i'd buy them in a yip. so chin up. and good work! ^_^ |

Munchies reminds me of an 8lb version of my sister's dog with the short body hair and the mohawk. Love it!! In ever Purity story I find things that remind me of my own life. I guess that's why I enjoy reading them so much. |

This story is ridiculously good, and anyone giving you flak over the development of your characters should get a huge smack upside the head and a strict lecture. Don't feel discouraged by the fact that some people are complete idiots who prefer flat and uninteresting characters instead of engaging ones who actually resemble people instead of profiles. You are one of my favorite fanfiction authors and one of the few that I still read from the Inuyasha fandom at all, and I think that this story is one of your best! |
