oh my I cried! Sorry it's been a while... I lost this site for months, just couldn't get it to work, then when I did I had a lot of catching up to do. And yes I still love this, very very much. It is not often that Vegeta makes me cry, but he did and I love him. Keep up the good work!

I particularly enjoyed the "discussions" between Chi Chi and Vegeta in this chapter - two people who have routinely underestimated Goku throughout their lives. And the confrontation in the cave was so well done. Dragging that admission out of Vegeta takes some doing and you did it beautifully here.

Great job!! Vegeta certainly has a way with words even if he doesn't realize it; like this statement: You may name any, or all, subsequent children, grandchildren or pets ‘Vegeta’ or any derivative thereof, if you so wish it.†Stress and life-altering events can change one's perceptions. Well it's late and I really enjoyed the chapter. Keep it up.

so yes ur creativity is marvelous and ur fanfic is one of my favorites. i enjoyed it thoroughly. if u like yaoi i have a one-shot out called "Eager Temptations" that i think u shud read, that is if u like yaoi. but i also have a kingodm hearts one out if u like that it is hetero sexual. but on the contrary please review either one. great work on ur. siriously.

Ah, such a range of emotions in this chapter! I went from contemplative to worried to sad to amused... I love long chapters like this - it really gives me a chance to sink my teeth into the story and to enjoy every aspect of it. I do like the way you're not letting Vegeat just suddenly warm to Goku's advances of friendship and his telling his story in a language Goku doesn't fully understand was a prime example of this. It still showed some trust, but it kept some aspects of his distrust intact, which makes it more believeable.

After reading just the first four chapters, I'd like to know why they ONLY kidnap Goku, Vegeta, Goten and Bra (I seriously hate the dub name)? If these guys have been watching the Earth Saiyans all this time, then why didn't they kidnap Gohan, Trunks, and Bra too?

Nice chapter! I too thought the baby was going to be born in this chapter but at the same time I thought not. I don't feel you're the type of person who likes to rush things, and that's good. ^_^;; Anyway, I can't wait for the next chapter. I'm always checking during weekends as you tend to them post then. Another wonderful chapter! I thought for sure the baby was gonna be born early, you tease! I liked how Vegeta finally opened up to Goku and told him of his past... even if it was in a language he couldn't understand ^.^; And someone really should get Goku a pet, lol. I can't wait for the next chapter!

This chapter was very poignant, I'm glad Vegeta was able to share such a memeory with Goku, even though it was in another language it still gave him a sense of releif a kind of cleansing of pain I guess. It was sad to read though makes me that much happier that Vegeta kicked Zarbons a** on Namek. I can't beleive Vegeta at one point in time actually allowed himself the vulnerability of trusting Zarbon, I always imagined hiim to be closed off from the moment his father handed him over to Vegeta, I would have thought that betrayal was what made him cut emotional ties. But I can see how depicting Vegeta's history in this way, by having an additional betray from Zarbon adds another dynamic to Vegeta's emotional pain. The fact that he did decide to give someone a chance and was again let down in the worse possible way.

Ah, you did give him pinking shears!!! That is so awesome, I love you! And you managed to work them into the story so perfectly. Actually I had no clue what an expecting mother would want with pinking shears, except that they're fun to play with, and of course, Lovely and Darling. XD "If he goes back, it's six more weeks of winter." I had to laugh out loud at that one. And Piccolo embarrassment is always fun. It would be hilarious if he caught the baby bug and decided to hawk up an egg so the new baby would have someone to play with. I was hoping Goku would have some sort of angsty tantrummy breakdown at the shower, but oh well. I suppose the reaction you gave him was more realistic for the story. Looks like everything turned out for the best and it's good that Goku's feeling better. We'll see if that lasts.^^ So what now? Are they ready to roll right into the birth or will there be any more major bumps along the way? And what does "Kakarot" mean in the book of baby names??

Yay the baby shower! aww Bulma is so adorable man its so sweet the way she looks out for Goku, I think this chapter shows Bulma in her element, the way she was able to get everyone together, and then getting everyone to enjoy themselves and loosen up lol the games she created man that was so funny, especially Piccolo's reaction. I was so glad when Vegeta spoke his mind to Chi Chi, it's also interesting that she seemed to react more negatively than anyone else, but maybe that's just because she cares that much about how Goku might feel, or is her reaction an expression of a deeper anxiety she feels about the upcoming birth of Vegeta ad Goku's baby. The conversation between Goku and Yamucha was also very interesting, I wonder if Goku was speaking about himself when he said love is about finding someone who is compatable with your soul, that the sex of a person doesn't matter, are hidden thoughts about Vegeta manifesting themselves here? Daikkon's gift was ver thoughtful I liked the meaning of Vegeta's name I wonder what Kakkarrot means. The christening gowns from Mal are so cute, is there another celebration event to look forward to? I can't wait, there is so much you can do with this story, so many different places you can explore I hope you take it to the fullest because I don't want it to end.

For a story with fifty-plus chapters, it goes very quickly. I love the way you write the characters and how you go into their thoughts and reactions and gradually changing attitudes towards the whole situation. I also like the way you write Goten and Trunks when they're together - you've captured their personalities so well. It's very entertaining and thoughtful all 'round and I'm very much looking forward to up-coming chapters.
