it would be a beautiful paradox to have them rebuild/re-dig the well so she could go back just to smack him upside the head and scream "you kaze no kizu'd the well in the future, you jerk!!" at least make the attempt. . . someone could remind her that sesshoumaru has tensaiga so if mama or souta don't make it he could easily revive them. . . emotional chapter and i'm glad she's not depressing anymore, she may be better off angry, certainly funnier. ~ thank you, ginny

Well at least now Inuyasha won't be so angry with Kagome and their relationship can heal and develop if Kagome will forgive him for blaming her for the closing of the well. I really hope that Kagome's family pulls through this ok. The pack needs her family to show them that there are people out there that can accept them as they are. Besides Kagome and Inuyasha will never forgive themselves if they don't make it. It was interesting to see Naraku again, will we finally hear what happened after the well closed? Poor Miroku now has the hole in his hand again I assume from the past discussion between Miroku and Sango. I am greatly looking forward to see where you take everyone from here.

i just love your twists. i thought it would have been those who were after the jewel who had sealed the well. i never would have guessed that it was inuyasha, himself. i don't imagine it would be too in-character for him to grovel over his mistake, but it would be nice. now, they can get back to being a couple. in love. and all that fluffy stuff. i do like your characterization of a mad inuyasha, though. i hope you don't loose that edge now. i had the impression that naraku was a projection. i can't wait to see if he's really back, or if someone is using his likeness. i loved shippou's line at the end. he always has to find a way to get the last word in. it was the perfect way to end the chapter. i will eagerly await you next posting, and i thank you for a chapter full of action, and a little laugh at the end.

Grovel dog-boy....beg for forgiveness you baka!!!! *feindishly smirking* Boy, there's going to be enough crow-youkai to feed him for the next 500 years. *grinning ear to ear* You've made me one happy lady (if you couldn't tell). The "I told you so" at the end of this chapter was classic inu/ship!!! I loved it!!! as for battle scenes, this one was great! I must confess, those are my weakness, I love to read them, but I'm horrible at writing them! I rely heavily on my "creative" beta for help with those! She's simply wonderful at them! Anyway, another wonderful chapter! I can't wait to see how inuyasha grovels after this little fiasco...five hundred years of anger for something that was his fault!!! that's priceless!!! I hope Kagome does something really evil to make him suffer the way he's made her suffer all week!! Maybe she'll kiss Hitomu??? lol...

The battle was quite well written. I guess a windscar could destroy the well. I think it might be one of the only ways it could be ruined. I don't think that just smashing the top would do it because the magic seems to be inside the shaft of the well not the rim around it. A windscar could dig into the earth and destroy the magic in the well. I don't blame Shippo for saying "I told you so." I be he would later wish he had danced around InuYasha in circles flailing ribbons and tossing confetti to really drive the point home. hehe well, the image is entertaining to be anyway.I hope you get the next chapter out soon! I'll do a happy dance when I see the notification in my in-box!
